Does anyone know what the big L family get together was for on August 3, 2013? Was it a birthday party for someone or a family reunion? This would be Sat. August 3, 2013. Maybe someone close to the family could post here. It might be helpful to know BL's demeanor or if he might have told a family member something was going on in his life.

My husband flies home from Alaska Saturday! We have to find Brandon by then, because I won't be able to stay current for two weeks. My husband knows I'm intrigued by this, but he has no clue how much this has consumed my life! I pray every morning that when I log on, someone has posted BL has been found!

So many people have come together to try and find BL, but I feel as though the only people who are interested in finding him are complete strangers.

I agree, it is sad, but it is also so wonderful to see so many people come together who are strangers and who care.

A lot of detailed information has been removed....such as times of missed calls from B. If anyone can provide more detailed times from Blogtalk, MSM etc please let me know and I can add it. FB is to be considered rumor for the most part and should not go on the timeline. CC (who posted about the incorrect PI Timeline on FB) is the one running the official missing page for BL. I supposed we could add anything that is posted there.

Well I must say that I'm not a huge fan of CC (just based off of other MP cases I've seen her involved in) I will say that she brought up some interesting points on the MBL website. Things that I have asked before...what happened to Deputy Fox? She points out the in the Sheriff's wife's articles she mentions several times that deputies arrived at the truck etc. I still would like to know where both Dep Neal and Fox were responding from when they got the call. How do we know that either of them weren't out there messing with someone? I hate to suggest this but we don't know do we? Also, MM of the Observer writes that the deputies were responding to a stranded motorist call by a trucker saying a vehicle had run out of gas. How would a passing trucker know this?

Other interesting points are made there. I suggest you all go have a read.

As I said in the beginning, there are discrepancies by MM, the Sheriff's wife/Observer editor and owner.

Is there a lot of cactus plants in the fields where BL went missing? And are there any like dirt roads around that area that don't lead to any homes, kinda like logging or hunting roads?

Crowley is by Ft Worth and that's about 3 hours from Bronte or 3.5 hours from San Angelo. I did see a comment somewhere about there being cactus out there. I have no idea if it's true or where I read it. There are lots of dirt roads leading to homes. Long dirt roads. Definitely no logging roads and I'm not sure on hunting roads. Most of the area is private owned land with lots of acreage.

Thanks I am trying to brainstorm. It is hard for me to picture the area. I used to drive at night through Texas, and really the only daylight places I have been is Waco, Killeen, San Antonio, that is it. Around where I live we have a few quarry's and a lot of undeveloped land.

Hypothetically, say he ran out of gas, someone he knew stopped to help? Offer a ride? They got into an argument and he jumped out of the moving vehicle. That could account for the blood.

I know, that sounds lame. I am running out of theories. I have some idea's I am just keeping to myself for now. But for the most part, this whole thing baffles me. :ufo: <---- Is what I am starting to wonder !

Me too. All I have seen is a bunch of very typical FB behavior. Nothing I would consider professional or wanting to get things correct. When there are so many people willing to help, donate their time and money and they can't even get the facts straight. Well, in my house we call that a cluster ( can't say the rest of it ) Right now they are making fun of anyone who wants to ask questions and of course the using of god & religion on people.

We have to find BL, seems like we're the only ones who care about HIM. Brandon. He is missing. He deserves to be found. If I could I would drive down there and plant myself in front of the news station with a huge sign and I would not quit.

Sighs. I am ranting again, sorry. I just do not understand why all the lies, misinformation etc... Here a :moo: there a :moo: everywhere a :moo::moo:

The sheriffs department would think I was homeless, I would be sleeping in the lobby so they would not forget about Brandon. I would be at the local cafe everyday waiting tables if I had to, just to hear the gossip. What ever it took. Just my opinion

Thank you for saying that^. I know I would too. That is why I don't understand what looks like a half-hearted interest by them. We all have seen how people have kept cases that are over ten yrs old in the news, LE you name it. I know people will say, well you haven't walked in their shoes. No I haven't. But I am willing to bet that there are a lot of us who have gone through so equally bad stuff. I don't see anyone of us sitting on social media holding court or making sure we have a good online image.

I'm just not quite sure I understand all the ugly comments towards LL. Yes I am frustrated by the lack of consistent information. I'm confused of the refusal of help and such and I don't feel like the entire truth is being told BUT I really don't understand the ugly personal attacks against her? Am I missing something?

Nobody can say what they'd do in her situation. People can say I would do this and that but in reality that is not feasible when you have 3 kids to take care of. It really isn't.

I'm starting to feel like this is just becoming a gossip fest and personal attacks against a person that most of don't even know and I can't stand stuff like that so I'm going to bow out of this thread. Feel free to do with the timeline what you will.

And most importantly I do hope they find Brandon. I do think he's most likely deceased and I feel like there's little focus on him. Drugs or no drugs, warrant or no warrant, saint or no saint IMO he deserves to be found.
