Thank you for saying that^. I know I would too. That is why I don't understand what looks like a half-hearted interest by them. We all have seen how people have kept cases that are over ten yrs old in the news, LE you name it. I know people will say, well you haven't walked in their shoes. No I haven't. But I am willing to bet that there are a lot of us who have gone through so equally bad stuff. I don't see anyone of us sitting on social media holding court or making sure we have a good online image.

Yes several of us here have had very similar experiences from what I have read. I myself was ridiculed, became the bad one because that is what people do. I ignored it, but of course we did not have FB back in 1998, but people talked, rumors were said all over our small community. Through it all I knew the truth and I never forgot that. I kept my head up and kept on trucking. I worked two jobs and raised my family. I wasn't given any other choice. If you tell the truth, then you don't have to remember the lie.

FWIW, I have never once let the fact that BL might have been under the influence or the fact that he had a bad past, keep me from wanting to find him, leaving no stone unturned. He is a human being and needs to be found, but the facts need to be told and not changed. If LL would just give a few more details about the week before, during and after, I bet we could find BL. I understand not everything can be divulged, but come on. We are getting nothing. Several timelines that have been retracted and a non-responsive family. This speaks volumes when it comes to getting his story told. What is happening to the PI's? Can anyone close to LL find out?

So..Kyle went to LL's house before taking gas to BL? If so...why would LL leave the phone to charge in the van that long w/o talking to BL? Then in the middle of the night she gets the phone when Kyle calls? If that is all wrong, I apologize!

I agree, I have never judged him on drugs or not. In fact, if he did relapse I have a lot of understanding for him. Beating drug addiction, just like alcoholism, is no easy feat.

I get very frustrated because I imagine him deceased and each day a little piece of him goes away.

This case can be solved.

In my opinion she has got caught up in the pity of it all. No I'm not judging her for that, but I am voicing my opinion on it and I think it is wrong of her to sit on social media day in and day out while herself and letting others bash people that are trying to help her such as , the land owners, and LE. Do I think this case was handled properly, no not all of it. Lots of it could have been handled a lot better and probably would have, if LE would have known the truth from the beginning. So I'm not blaming it all on Ladessa by no means.
I also can't figure out all the PIs and Lawyers.
The new PI said the tape is exactly the length of the phone records call length. I do not believe that. That tape was only release for voice verification. Texas rangers are not going to send out the whole tape. Am I correct on that? I don't know the law or procedure on that.

Thanks I am trying to brainstorm. It is hard for me to picture the area. I used to drive at night through Texas, and really the only daylight places I have been is Waco, Killeen, San Antonio, that is it. Around where I live we have a few quarry's and a lot of undeveloped land.

Just for reference. Here's the highway view at the location where the truck was found as well as an aerial view of the area. Looks like the photos were from December 2012 with the aerial view being 2013. There are a few roads that don't lead directly to houses, of note going northeast toward the Colorado river.

I'm just not quite sure I understand all the ugly comments towards LL. Yes I am frustrated by the lack of consistent information. I'm confused of the refusal of help and such and I don't feel like the entire truth is being told BUT I really don't understand the ugly personal attacks against her? Am I missing something?

Nobody can say what they'd do in her situation. People can say I would do this and that but in reality that is not feasible when you have 3 kids to take care of. It really isn't.

I'm starting to feel like this is just becoming a gossip fest and personal attacks against a person that most of don't even know and I can't stand stuff like that so I'm going to bow out of this thread. Feel free to do with the timeline what you will.

And most importantly I do hope they find Brandon. I do think he's most likely deceased and I feel like there's little focus on him. Drugs or no drugs, warrant or no warrant, saint or no saint IMO he deserves to be found.

Do not leave, you have done so much. I know I need to dial back my frustration and watch my mouth ( fingers typing ) . I'm not attacking her, I just wanted her to step up and help us to help find BL. That is all.

This not easy terrain to search. He could be anywhere. If he were to walk to the river, lost & confused ( possibly injured or maybe on alcohol or drugs ) , he is amped up, scared or paranoid. How long would it take him to get there?

We know he wasn't dressed for it. gym shoes, shorts, tee shirt. Could have fallen and hit his head?

I totally agree and I am sorry I have stepped over the line with my rant. I will stop. I totally agree Brandon needs to be found for his kids sake. Yes I believe he is deceased. He is out there some where needing to be found and laid to rest properly. I just don't believe he had relapse like the story had been told he was starting a new job on Monday and that came from reliable sources other than family that he was going to work with and they drug test first thing.

We really need psychic sleuth to stay. Psychic Sleuth has really done tedious work that none of us have been able to do. Every time I suggested we figure things out. Psychic sleuth jumped right on it. PS is very knowledgable and has lots of experience.

I do feel like it's back to square one. I haven't been able to go to the J4BL page to know what is going on. I just saw a long angry post.

I think with CC taking over, she will give a new timeline or at least that is what I understand from earlier today.

I really feel like we were making progress earlier today. We are getting some answers. Such as, the truck the pregnant woman saw, was confirmed to be Brandon's. That's huge! She explained seeing the truck going one direction on her way in and turned haphazardly going the other direction upon going back. So maybe he tried to push the truck or maybe BL stopped and got back in after the altercation and since KL had not put gas in it yet, the truck just sputtered haphazardly stopping going the other direction.

I hate to see you go, Psychic. I always enjoy reading your insightful posts. I hope you do change your mind, but I also can't say that I blame you. I hope we're able to see "Found" next to Brandon's thread soon - hopefully, alive, but I just want answers for his family and friends. Like you said, drugs or no drugs, Brandon is a human being that is missing and deserves to be found.

But she is really the only source we have for information. Heck I don't trust the Sheriff's wife much more than I trust LL. So where are we gonna get info from? CC is getting her info from LL so we have to accept it somewhat for the truth or we're never going to get anywhere.

Oh Ok I thought there was a more recent confirmation. Perhaps that's something CC will clear up. Someone read that she's working on an updated timeline?

Just remember that she's getting her info from LL. But we have nowhere else to get info and our timeline is shrinking instead of growing. I've never seen that happen in a MP case before. :floorlaugh:

Sorry it is on the HFBL page. Someone asks if it was BL's truck or someone else's and the response was that it was BL's.

Would this be rumor? Remember the pregnant lady said the truck had changed sides of the road when she came back down 277.
