You would think his wallet or phone would be found, but if a body is hard to find, imagine how hard a phone or wallet is to find?

If we go with the assumption it is him on the 911 call, maybe someone had already robbed him of his wallet. We know he had his phone with him because the 911 call was seen on his phone activity. (I think?)

I agree there SHOULD be some sort of evidence BL was in the field. Maybe there is evidence and it has not been found?

I really don't know, but I think he is not too terribly far from the area myself and i hope he is found soon.

There are 2 other young men missing from this area and none of them get any media whatsoever.

What other two men? And if he was 'caught' the person(s) who did this could have taken stuff from his pockets, (That he apparently didn't have) and toss them who knows where.

Which once again, leads me right back to the ongoing question of WHEN did he have time to change out of the clothes he had on at home to the shorts and tshirt he GRABBED sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Rascal can you clarify this huge discrepancy based on your opinion?

I am not sure what you are talking about here. I haven't seen the link where he changed out of the clothes he was wearing and into the clothes he grabbed. I have not seen that so I cannot comment.

FROM THE HFBL PAGE 11-8-13,
Last seen August 8th at home with common-law wife Ladessa Lofton at his home San Angelo, Tx 76907. At about 10:45-11PM during an argument with Ladessa Brandon was in a confused state of mind. He was in panic mode and he left. He took his keys, wallet, cell phone, and the clothes he was wearing. He grabbed a yellow shirt, Tap-Out camo shirts, white Nike Airmax 2013 shoes.
We talked about this previous, as the TIME is also wayyyyyy different, but both have been put down to 'small' discrepancies

ETA: Nannymo this discussion also involved, on the HFBL page it is mentioned a white bag was found after the move, and in that bag were the pants Brandon had on that night with his lucky's rabbit foot in the pocket..

This is suppodesly clarified by a post on the fb page, where she says she found the bag in a closet that had his clothes the night he disappeared, with his rabbit's foot...someone posted it, I think in thread #3, QueenBea did, post 1110 on page 23

Here it is

Please! I am not pointing fingers or bashing, this is one of the things, the clothes, that has REALLY REALLY bugged me! It may not amount to a hill of beans. BUT TO ME!! It indicates he stopped somewhere along the way and that is when he 'ran into' someone or saw something that harmed him!

I see where Queenbea talks about LL saying she found a bag, but I have not seen the place where LL herself says this on the HFBL facebook page. I am not saying she did not say it, I am just saying I have not personally seen a link to the HFBL facebook page where LL actually says she found the bag. That is why I have not commented on it. No offense intended here either BTW.

The other post referencing the pants and shirt in the truck at the time it was found is now deleted. It had been posted on Nov 12 """Help Find Brandon Lawson -he took a shirt and a pair of pants the shirt was no in the pants was

I was just reading that on the May 25th page of HFBL. Thanks for posting it. I am trying to find the poster that states what he was wearing when he left. I know I remember a poster showing the clothes that were missing. I am thinking what LL was stating was they found this bag of clothes in his truck after he went missing and you are wondering when he changed into the clothes he "grabbed"?

  • #332
YES! and what clothes did he have on vs what did he grab...I would love some clarification, of course it only matters to me I think. Two set of clothes, two stories, some found, some not, again, could indicate he left and changed, but where and when?
Posters NOW say shorts, yellow t shirt, nikes.

I still think he ran into someone in San Angelo. I know there was a rumor he was at Walmart. If he left immediately after the fight at 11:50 or so, it does not take an hour to get to Bronte when he ran out of gas and called 911. I am thinking he "ran into" someone in San Angelo, got into an argument and took off toward Bronte (or Ft. Worth) and ran out of gas. Someone caught up with him and finished what was started in San Angelo. But that is all MOO. The clothes are interesting tho. Thanks for the link.

I found one of the original posters about Brandon. He was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt with camo shorts and "Air Max" brands tennis shoes.

I believe this bag LL found might have been the clothes he grabbed when he left the house. The question would be how did she get them back? Did BL come home? I doubt it.

Was the bag still in his truck and she got the bag back? More than likely since no one considered this case a missing persons case or foul play was suspected. She would have been able to get anything out of the truck.

I know it has been stated in MSM his wallet, keys and phone have not been located, so I am thinking this was a bag left in his truck she got out of the pick up after it was returned.

Logical explanation.

Rascal, there are thousands of acres, but the area he went missing he wouldn't get lost. All he would have to do is look for the lights from town or walk in any direction and hit a house or road. I don't think he is lost.

I have to disagree. There are thousands of acres of raw land in that area. There are not many houses out there. If he were scared, running for his life out on that raw land he could easily get turned around in the pitch black of night and ran further in. You can not always see lights, depending on where you are and how far in you are. I don't know how to add pictures

I don't need pictures. I drive that highway very often and I am very familiar with the terrain. I respect your idea he could have gotten lost but I really don't think that happened. I think if it was that he was just lost he would have used his phone again later that night. But I guess anything is possible.

In my opinion regarding the clothes, I believe the clothing he was actually wearing was the yellow shirt and MMA shorts. I think the clothes LL later found were clothes he was wearing earlier in the day.
Also regarding searches...if you look on HFBL in December 2013 she posts that LE would not approve searches because they had no proof of foul play. Family offered to do their own searches but were refused by land owners.

Sigh...I give up...back to lurking as there would be a logical explanation for it all at some point, of course when he is found

Please don't give up! This is why I love Websleuths. I am a fact based person. I don't have a vivid imagination. I read a lot without posting to get others ideas. Things I would never see in a story. I learn by reading other peoples ideas. Your idea about the clothes is something to consider. I do enjoy listening to your ideas.

I get totally frustrated with the lies and bs, it's prob better if I lurk for a while. You have a valid point about the clothes. IMO it just goes to show the misinformation! I know what I read, I know what I see, I find it odd that it is mentioned here and poof it disappears, why delete it?
As to the searching, LE is not the end all of be all, they have dropped the ball with Brandon, with Mason and with umm Clay I think, I can't per say post my opinions of them either. I'm really, really, REALLY starting to think there is something rotten in that neck of the woods! And as to land owners not letting anyone search? I find that odd in itself, putting aside all those that got mad, and why did they get mad?!
