I would really like the last place he was seen searched thoroughly. If Brandon was driving around so much he MUST have been picked up on CCTV unless LL's house was in the back end of nowhere.
I respectfully disagree.I honestly think LE didn't care if he was missing because of his record. IMO they were glad he was gone.

Is it usual to have a missing person and their residence not be searched for clues? I don't think so. Do we know whether it was or wasn't? I'm guessing not because lots of us have the same idea. And why give her the truck back? With the clothes he 'went missing' in back? I don't think he is really on the run, but I like to keep my eyes open just in case. It has been known to happen, someone turning up after so long. He was either 'dealt' with at home, on that road, or the 'friends' house, which why is that not spoken about either? Looked at the HFBL page lately? To bad those closest to Brandon can not just tell the truth, get it out there, let us all say "OH WOW" and then maybe look in the right place(s) for him.
Now the truck was if I remember rightly, in the Grandfathers name and LE released it to him. What happened after that I have no idea and never saw it mentioned again.
From information I got from public record (I do have a copy) the truck is not, nor was not ever, in BL's name, BL's grandpa's name or anyone's name related to BL, at least not with the last name of Lawson. I don't know if B was borrowing the truck or for how long he had it, but since the title date in October 2006 there have been no title transfers. And I did notice the registration expiration date was 8/2012 & current registration expired in 5/2014. And to MY knowledge the tax accessor does not run a background check to transfer the title of a vehicle or renew registration; at least not to my knowledge.
Ty, great info !
Didn't LL say that B had no idea he had the warrant until they went to register the truck? I always found that odd, in that wouldn't you know if you had a warrant?

It's always been my impression that Brandon was buying the truck from a friend /acquaintance, and that is whose name was and is still on the title. I understood that the truck was released to the grandfather, and the friend has possession of the truck back.
*Unless specifically indicated, all opinions are my own.*
I agree. I dont think Law Enforcement did anything right that night. I don't care that K lied, he had no idea Brandon called 911 for help and he thought Brandon was just hiding. Thats been explained over and over. Thats clear to me, but that 911 call where Brandon is asking for help was totally ignored. Then for the next few weeks the sheriff's wife was writing articles in her paper about the felon on the run and saying it was proven he was no longer in the area. These articles actually caused locals to refuse searches by family.
I have never felt like family was involved. When you put any person under a microscope you will find flaws and sins, just most people don't have their every word and every move judged and dissected. It seems like the family is victimized twice. I actually thought this was a victim friendly site but it looks like after you point blame and bash family members then just say "in my opinion" and it makes it ok. I think its great that people would be trying to come up with ideas and brainstorm, but most of you are focused on one thing only LL and i think you will never get further because you wont look at other options. I think your barking up the wrong tree.
It obvious that a few here are obssessed with LL, the same ones that go from site to site spewing the same thing. Its sad. In my opinion, she is a distraght wife. There are questions she doesnt answer beause she doesnt know. i do not think she was there or has any knowledge of what happened. A few timelines are a few minutes off...who cares. Who can come up with an exact timeline of your events from 2 days ago? I haven't seen any big lies or big changes in the story to warrant pointing blame. Just a few inconsistencies, but everyone will not remember things the exact same way.
She did not know what he went missing in until later, when she 'got' stuff out of the truck? Where did he change? Why did he change? This is more than an inconsistency, to me anyways. From his page.....He took his keys, wallet, cell phone, and the clothes he was wearing. He grabbed a yellow shirt, Tap-Out camo shirts, white Nike Airmax 2013 shoes

All of this is of course 'my own opinion, thoughts and ideas'.
I can not even imagine the pain LL goes through, nor those babies. It would be helpful if we could know some simple things that she does know. It is not bashing her, believe it or not, (we) are trying to help. She is the one closest to this whole thing, she knows her man and his family, she knows how he thinks and what he could possibly do in a situation, she would know what it would take to make Brandon call 911 in the first place, in such distress! Especially, if it even matters, they knew he had a warrant, based on her own statement they found out about when they went to register the truck.
LE would have helped a distressed man and not even worried about his warrant or other stuff. She said they were going to deal with it.
The few inconsistencies you mention, for me, could make a HUGE difference in where he might be. I would be more than willing, at my own time and expense, to come walk beside her searching!
I agree Brandon calling 911 was ignored. I agree we don't care that K hid the fact 'he was on the phone' at that very moment with Brandon that the deputy was at the truck. I agree we don't care if he was or was not using or on drugs (I don't think he was personally, but I've been wrong before). I pray every day for her, those babies and Brandon.
1. Was he bleeding when he left the house? Was it a minor or major injury?
2. First report was he left between 10:45-11 and then it was changed to 11:53 with Brandon calling about 35 minutes later he was out of gas, then he called 911 at 12:53. What time did he leave the house? an hour is more than a inconsistency. It could be a huge difference as to where he went, who he saw and what happened to him..imoo
3. Was the house checked that night or the next day?
4. How did she get the clothes he left in that night back? And I know it was first reported he GRAB his yellow shirt and camo shorts and left. She did not know what he went missing in until later, when she 'got' stuff out of the truck? Where did he change? Why did he change? This is more than an inconsistency, to me anyways.
5. Was the deputy ever told THAT NIGHT about Brandon calling 911? Did the dispatcher ever notify said deputy of a caller IN THE SAME AREA, mentioning he ran out of gas and he was in distress? Exactly which call was the deputy responding too? Was it to the trucker's call of a truck in the road way? or Brandon's 911 call? which came first? What about the lady who also reported(or had her mom call?)
6. Why didn't K or A themselvescall 911 stating Brandon called/texted that he was in distress? Yeah, it's to late now in hindsight.
7. Brandon knew K and A were out there looking for him, why did he not make it known where to find him? or did he?
8. Why did LE release the truck for towing some 7 hrs later and not follow up? Had nothing been said to LE at that time of Brandon's call to K or A about running and bleeding? LE knew as LL had called them for a status update at 5 am.
9. Why leave a phone charging outside when you know your husband is broke down? She didn't have to talk to Brandon, she could have talked to K, to know that he was safe and on his way.
10. Is that Brandon on the 911 call?
11. Why not offer her opinion on what she thinks he is saying on the 911 tape? It could help!
12. How long did K and A stay out there waiting?
13. Who was with Brandon that night? Was he found? Did K and A find this other person, take him home and return to looking for Brandon? It is very clear on the 911 tape that Brandon says, my opinion,(WE were talking to em, and we totally ran into em.)
14. Why pay for a search plane the next day? Why stay in a motel with a very ill child at home? Did the babies go with her? Did she have someone stay with the babies while she was in Bronte?
15. How many times did Brandon call 911? Besides K, A and L who else did he call that night?
16. Why take so much time, like 4 days, to get the info to LE as he is missing. It would have been fresh then of where, what, who the deputy observed and could have given a GOOD starting point as to where Brandon could be.
17. If 2 planes/helis went up, plus a search soon after, do you feel that all the ground was covered? Do you know/feel that he could have fallen into a crevice, cave, sinkhole and be hidden from those searchers?
18. Was the fuel gauge working properly on his truck?
19. Why doesn't K and A give their own version of times and events to further clarify? They also have their own observations and thoughts. We hear a convoluted ever changing story from one person.
I sincerely hope you can see here, these are questions that family(the 3 people who know the CORRECT information) could answer, it is not pointing a finger, it is not bashing. It is wanting to help a person with a missing loved one, regardless of .....

I have not heard of a fire. I have contacts in the SA area and they have not heard anything. Now Bronte has a community burn pile that they can bring things to be burned and they burn it once every couple of months or so. Now that is just something that I heard from a resident there. In that area, today, Bronte and the in between, is there a fire?
You hit the nail on the head. Thank you. No one is here to bash anyone. We are here to state what has been posted or said by the victims "family". There is only 1 victim here and that is Brandon Lawson. Which he has 4 children that are innocent in all this that need to know the truth about their father and that is my purpose for pursuing in this case.Welcome Rascal32, thank you for your input.
