Now If I could go search, I would want to be from A to the word walking. in that V from Brandon's truck off onto that dirt road that ends at a house. which if you zoom in on Google, it has a LOT of um, stuff, including what appears to be a burned down house or barn. All the way towards the river.. there are fields out there.

Isn't there a trailer out there as well? Maybe I am remembering wrong, it just sticks in my mind for some reason :)

Yup, and I could see several of what I thought were odd shapes int he ground but one can't decipher exactly what it is and I could not get Google to take me ground level where I could 'walk' the terrain.

I know what you are seeing! I've seen that too on Google maps! Interesting area I would want to look closely at also.

The HFBL page just busted me up...:tears: :please: Let's find Brandon!
It mentions...oddly, LOL the trail of blood. Does anyone know where this trail was? Did it end at say a road? or a place someone could have picked him up in a vehicle? Is this the blood they say is from the hogs? if that is Brandon's blood and it was a trail, isn't that a lot of blood?

It was my understanding from a law enforcement source that the trail of blood was discovered during a previous search and was determined to be hog blood. I wish that that page would post the basic facts, and leave the drama and suspense to the Lifetime Movie Channel.

H: Right. And when they did that search, especially when they had the cadaver dogs out there, I missed it. Did you say they were or were not able to (unintelligible) out there? Because, if he was bleeding, there is some kind of blood trail somewhere.

LL: No, the cadaver dogs didn't pick up anything. But I believe LM, the sheriff's wife, she owns the Observer-Enterprise, and she informed me that they did pick up some hog scent. I guess because the hogs' blood out there is real strong. I'm not sure, but she informed me of that.

H: Okay, that they picked up on hog scent but they didn't pick up on anything on Brandon at that time, or when the cadaver dogs were there?

LL: Yeah, they didn't pick up anything with Brandon. But I believe that the whole time we have been searching the wrong area. We're not searching the right area. We keep on focusing on by the truck. We don't need to focus on the truck. We need to focus on Brandon's, the accurate last ping and do a five-mile radius around that.

Just goes to show a small part of the twisting of words, not on LL's part but others. I am still searching for what is considered the last accurate ping to but sighhhhhhhhhhhh lol, I am so far behind you guys.

Idk if it was ever said where "the accurate last ping" was, iirc I thought I heard it was close to or near the area of the river but I could be wrong. I looked on HFBL but wasn't able to find anything, but I did find a post stating that some sort of news or something was to be told or made public on that following Friday, but no other mention of it since that I could find, does anyone remember if the news was told or what it was? TIA

I kept waiting to see the news also and never did see anything.

Also, don't they hunt wild hogs out there? So , If they do I can see lots of blood trails.

I agree, I think the river was where we were publicly told I believe that the last ping was near. But, wasn't a search done there?

Wow! I haven't been on lately but catching up... #1 I don't think Brandon is in Oklahoma, the person he would be with moved to the area of his gf. #2- the gf states 100 thousand people are hunting in Bronte right now... If that is the case someone would have found something by now
#3- I think the truck was planted.
Has anyone googled the residence they had together when he went missing?
She stated she got the gas cans from the shed... WHAT SHED? There isn't one.
Why has LE not questioned the older kids as to what they heard or saw that night? The gf keeps stating these kids understand what is happening, if they can understand they can talk.
Why did Kyle leave Texas shortly after Brandon's disappearance? Would you if your bro was missing?
And the lovely rabbit foot, she found the sack in the back of her closet of the new home! How the heck did you pack up your house and not see this?

I am still open minded about both theories, but I lean toward the theory of Brandon is deceased at the hands of some unsavory characters he met up with for some reason on the night/morning he went missing. I am of the belief it is Brandon on the 911 call and someone was with him. I think his brother was trying to protect him and that is why he lied to the cops. We need to remember both of the boys had been or were using illegal drugs. That does not make you friendly with LE under most circumstances. I am not holding this against either one of them because I think Brandon needs to be found.

The fact that L thinks he is deceased I certainly understand. She feels she knows something very bad has happened to Brandon because she KNOWS he would never leave his children. That is why I think she jumped to this conclusion. Not because she is guilty of something, but because she loves BL so much she knows he would never leave his kids. JMO

There are plenty of questions I have that do not fit the scenario for me too. Some of the things LL says seem to be half-truths or not the full answer.
#1-How does your cell phone charge in the van at night if it isn't running? I think most cars don't charge your phone unless it is running. Nothing wrong with this question at all. Please just answer how this works.
#2-How can Brandon get in touch with you if he needs to? Do you still have the same phone number? I am sure if he goes to LE and is found, they know how to get in touch with her, but BL wouldn't. She moved I think because she did not have the means to support her children and had to do something. Would I have done that? NO! But I have never been in that situation and really don't know what I would have done.
#3-There are conflicting stories about when gas was purchased. Sometimes it was purchased and put in the truck that night and Kyle went home. Other stories report he was seen around 7AM purchasing gas and stayed looking for BL all night with work friends. Is this a case of faulty reporting? Please clear this up.
#4-Where is BL's pick up now? Not that it really matters, but what happened to it. I know it was towed. Does LE have it still? Good question.

I am sure if I sat here long enough I could come up with more questions that are making me think he could really be in hiding, his family knows it and that is why they stay so quiet, but I really don't think so. I don't think LL had anything to do with BL missing, but I am a pretty trusting person. I take people's word until I find reason not to and I think she is truthful for the most part and evasive on a lot of things. I don't trust everything she tells as the gospel truth.

I do enjoy reading all of your thoughts. Some of the ideas you guys come up with I would never consider or think of on my own. Then when you start discussing it, I start thinking hmmmm. That might be right. Ya'll are doing a great job.

No LE does not have it! The family does! Go figure

And the lovely rabbit foot, she found the sack in the back of her closet of the new home! How the heck did you pack up your house and not see this? If she or Kyle took the items in the truck when they got it back, they would have looked in that bag then! Which goes back to the clothes he went missing is the clothes he GRABBED on his way out.

I guess if Brandon is in that area, he could be covered up by now with dirt, leaves, etc?

Maybe, but think about this. Hunting season never changes, last year there would have been a smell of decomposition and any bright clothes (that she states he was wearing) would have been easily spotted. I just don't think he's out in the field. I think it was staged to throw people off. Imo

I think those who she accused just wanted the truth to be told. And you are correct, you don't hear of media blitz, you don't hear local news doing updates, she got what she wanted, the case to go cold.
