I have to wonder how much the older children know about, especially the eldest of LL & BL's children. Maybe the break will come when she is older and tells something! I know from experience that children often speak the "truth" without realizing what they are doing. From little things like "your but looks big in those" to bigger things they are aware of.
My opinion only!

From what I have read on the HFBL page, the GF has told their oldest child all about his missing. It is hard to say what the boys know & heard, they are so young. It has to be incredibly rough on the two older girls. I don't remember read much about whether the other daughter visits much with her siblings now. I have seen all of them in pictures at the vigils. The posters the girls wrote are heartbreaking.

The thoughts & opinions stated above are that, MY random thoughts & opinions.

Strong possibility I think. I think there is a section on WS for that, I'm sure someone could help. I registered at Namus a few years ago but I had problems at the time with my computer and I haven't been there since.

Ok thank you, I'll try to see what I can find.

I like that you say this, because I too wonder what the children heard that night.. If it was bad enough he hit a wall and was bleeding and she was going to call the cops, you know they weren't quiet. I think by the gf saying the kids have nightmares, they could very easily be remembering things that went on that night.

I agree. I work with families, including children who are victims of domestic violence whether themselves directly or as witnesses to the abuse of others such as a parent. The stress and trama often manifests in a variety of ways, nightmares being very common. Often something else will happen to trigger a memory and bring tramatic events rushing back. Having someone professionally trained to speak to the children may hold the key!
In my Opinion of course.

Welcome Criminal Justice Mom..care to offer your theories?
And the man looks way older than Brandon but one can cross their fingers...where were the remains of this man found? and When?
I didn't even think about the older girl's mom and what she could offer.
Anyone wants to search let me know I will try to arrange my schedule. More I think about it, until someone offers the truth or further clues we could search from now til the blue moon and probably not be in the right place..Sad all the way around

When I first started following this case I was completely convinced that Brandon was just a victim of wrong time, wrong place...that he had taken off angry after an argument and forgot to get gas, running out and leaving him stranded on the side of the road, an easy target. Then I started really looking into things and spoke numerous times with LL personally. Although I don't have proof that isn't the case, some things have changed in my thinking. I now think that the so- called argument was much more than a verbal exchange. I think it was a physical altercation that spiralled out of control. This would account for LL being fearful enough to contemplate calling the police for help. I also think that K came to the house because of the extent of the fight. I think the truck was planted where it was found. I also think the children heard at least part of what took place although the oldest of their 3 would be the only one able to give info. I think the oldest child's mother probably has good insight to BL's temperament, both sober and not! as well as what might have been going on at the time between him and LL since they were in regular contact. Also, LL told me early on that she thought BL might have been headed to see his eldest child when he left post fight. I think that since they lived in an apartment that it's also unlikely that no one, no neighbors heard anything that night or even nights leading up to this one. Talking to them about what they saw and heard would be huge!! I think as far as a search goes, searching the places where LL and BL as well as K & A, along with forensics on his truck and the since sold van if it could be located would be where I'd want to focus my efforts.

These are all just my thoughts, opinions and possible theories!

Do you have any more pictures of the apartment complex were they lived at the time he went missing? Are there pictures of it before and after he disappeared? Any closer pics of the rock garden? I'd like to contact the owner of those apartments and see what info I could get about the origin of the rock garden as well as what they'd offer as a reference or not as to type of tenant's and condition the place was left in?!
All just my thoughts, onions and therories!!

So reading between the lines LOL there is far more out there than what is available...I knew there would be, but the opinons, in essence, are FAR FAR different than what is being put out there....Or am I finally senile? So, mmmm, have you formed your own opinion on Brandon's mental, physical, or otherwise condition of that night? To me that also makes a huge difference in where he may have gone, may have been taken too or how far he could have got..Do you opine that is Brandon on the 911 call?

Thank you for your insights. But I've somewhat confused because you state "since they lived in an apartment"; when did BL & LL live in an apartment? I was under the impression it was a house, a rent house.
My next thing is why would BL be headed to see the eldest daughter at midnight? The girl's mother has since remarried & seems quite happy in her marriage & life in general, so in my opinion, I can't go with that part of the scenario, plus this is the first time I've heard that story.
My next next thing is the vehicles: the truck was towed & then released to grandpa Lawson from my understanding, the truck was not in BL's name, nor was it in LL's name, nor anyone related to BL or anyone with the same last name; which makes me wonder just how, legally, it could be released. And without being searched or even looked over, in the light of day. And by 8:30am or so, it is somewhat known that BL has yet to be located or surface from a field where he "could've possibly just laid down to take a nap". Especially, knowing now, that a bag of BL's clothes were supposedly in the truck. And the van....oh the infamous van. I don't believe for one minute that van was sold, maybe repo'd, but not sold; same as the truck wasn't sold. It wasn't L's or even B's to sale.

Since you have previously talked to LL, did she ever offer up any reasoning to why the need for the hotel stay & airplane rentals, not even 12 hours since he'd left his house? Seems quite premature to me. I mean could he have not called a buddy, since she failed to answer his calls, and maybe just said screw it & went to hang out & get some rest at the buddy's house? I've been in arguments with my ex husband & one of us had left the house, if he'd called to tell me, or his brother's gf, that he'd ran out of gas, then I couldn't get him to answer his phone, even after a few hours, I really don't feel that would be enough for me to automatically jump to the conclusion that "oh my he's missing!!!". Did she check with his employer to see if he went on in to work? Seeing how he left in one set of clothes & grabbed an additional set, it's possible to think he may have intended on staying the night somewhere local then going on in to work. And if he was going to stay in a hotel, Bronte hotels would've been significantly less than a San Angelo hotel would've cost.

Again thank you for your perspective, thoughts & opinions, I am in no way trying to sway, rebuke or undermine what you say, I'm only trying to make sense of the things I've researched & have come to know & understand.

The thoughts & opinions stated above are that, MY random thoughts & opinions.

They didn't live in an apartment they lived in a house on a corner lot. In a neighborhood among other houses.

This case is just baffling. So many have lied and some didn't follow up. But the most important thing of all is 4 children without their father that don't have answers and only a few seem to care. The sad part of that is they are all strangers.

The 911 call has bothered me so much from the beginning. IMO, I just don't think it is him.:gaah:

Have never believed it was Brandon. Not since the very first day.
