Would like a good hard copy in writing however I guess that would be in LE's possession
And would not be public I would assume. Rather see the actual than go by someone elses statements.

I can honestly say, I don't think there is anything in writing. This case was so messed up from day 1.
Kyle did leave not long after Brandon went missing. He went to the east coast. His then gf stayed in Texas, but was later admitted to a mental hospital for help. I've heard she had issues before this, but I can't help but wonder if she saw something that night that made her go back into the darkness she lived in. He is now back in the area but they are no longer together.

Interesting, I went to the page just to look, does anybody else recall hearing on the phone call him saying he got in an altercation with 2 other people??? Is this something new or did I miss this??

To my knowledge, there isn't anything in writing that's for publication. As we've all noted, with HFBL being the official citable social media page and then much being deleted from it, it's hard to have anything in black and white sometimes. It's my understanding that KL did fail a polygraph. I hadn't heard about more than one being given. Just that he had been given one, and failed. Interesting.

Ya know with out a doubt my gut instinct feels as thou there is more knowledge as to what happened that night and by possibly whom would be a suspect. I'm still under the feeling it was drug related, whom knows what goes on in the dark night on a desoloete field or road. whatever took place started not far from BL's truck, possibly hitched a ride made it 10 mins up the road somehow ended up in a field near the split.

Have often pondered the thought was BL alone when he ran out of gas ... Could there possibly have been someone riding with him.

One of the questions that I've had since the beginning is why is his missing date the 9th when the 8th was allegedly the last time that anyone actually laid eyes on him? Granted events supposedly happened closed to midnight, but by all accounts, the last time that those known to him ----> as publicly confirmed <------ saw BL, it was still the 8th of August. What am I missing?

Do agree it was not worded well but I do get what is being said. From the 911 call there was at least 2 people
He was mentioning ... "Ran into them" which would mean more than one ...and he was running from them
Never got out of the call he was in an altercation but as the call has been deciphered by so many one
Could make the assumption " i got the 1st guy" ... As Being in an altercation

I was just going to back to check that! That 3 yr article post on his page and the other one below it, have again added/embellished/changed the story. I know it is soooooooooo hard when it is the middle of no where, with it would appear 1 or 2 witnesses who are not talking! We still do not know what, if anything, Brandon said to LL in the 3-4 times he tried to call her, when the phone was charging in the van outside, but she was able to talk to KL...
Other new thing I saw on his page(the May 15th post), was this 'friend' who spoke to him at the Walmart THAT night...and Brandon was scared/paranoid. But no name of the friend, no mention of any interview. and the NEXT DAY the friend goes to Ft. Worth? hmmmm

Has it ever been clarified on whether the deputy saw anything that night? His story has changed too.

Caught the post on the friend whom went to Ft Worth the following day, the question is did that actually occur or was it gossip?
It is indeed a twisted web of what to believe and wht not to believe. Simple questions and process of elimination

It does tend to give me a thought if someone was after BL, was there money owed to someone. Was there something going on prior to the disapperance say weeks days etc....

To my own personal knowledge, Deputy N has never wavered in his story. And the light in the bushes incident was yet another fabrication by the spin doctors. Is there something out there that says different?

From what has always been understood, LL received calls from KL, but incidentally missed the calls from BL. There were texts and voice mail from BL to LL which LE has, but it's never been disclosed what they were. And I don't expect they ever will be.

I too respectfully disagree. In the beginning no one knew who he was or what his record was. If you recall it was the same ones who admitted to lying to LE that also revealed BL's background & I believe they are the ones who have made it an "excuse" that LE hasn't done enough or anything, even after LE has been involved in multiple searches & also have approved several SAR teams to come in & search, what else can they do when they can't get a straight answer from those supposedly closest to BL? There's only so much you can do with what information you're given.

I think I mis-read something about the Deputy changing stories..IDK! I get so confused these days!
So I imagine we have tossed this theory around but I'm unsure..
What if Brandon is saying TROOPER? As in Deputy Neal, while he was at Brandon's truck or before/after visiting Brandon's truck? hmm nope, doesn't work in the timeline. Does it?
