Guess no answers or responses to the Wal Mart incident or rocks in the Garden people were talking about earlier?

I think the Walmart thing has been disproved.

I really want to know more about these mysterious rocks. Seems like a potentially huge detail...

Read posts # 175 - # 209 - Thread # 4 there is a picture of the rock garden.

As much as I love my Ipad it is much easier to search and post using my laptop.

I think I mis-read something about the Deputy changing stories..IDK! I get so confused these days!
So I imagine we have tossed this theory around but I'm unsure..
What if Brandon is saying TROOPER? As in Deputy Neal, while he was at Brandon's truck or before/after visiting Brandon's truck? hmm nope, doesn't work in the timeline. Does it?

Well it would if Deputy Neal was responding to the earlier call from the truck driver who called in a truck parked haphazardly on the highway, we don't know what time that call came in. So let's just say, hypothetically, deputy Neal was responding to the call from trucker, he's at Brandon's truck looking around, Brandon is already wandering around waiting for his brother, he could've been across the road at the picnic tables, he sees "a cop" & freaks out. Then another car pulls up, maybe after running a little ways he can't tell what kind of car or that it's his brother, so Brandon freaks out even more, he calls 911 & says what he says, which makes no sense to anyone but it did to him. While talking to 911 he continues running until he has no clue where he is, he may squat trying to hide, especially if he sees headlights going around him or flashlights, and or hears people calling his name. Sometimes when people have a big adrenaline rush like I think he was their bodies give out afterwards, he may have just passed smooth out, phone eventually dies from his brother calling him over & over. And he eventually dies, or hogs attack him. Who knows. This is just one of my many scenarios I play in my head about this case. It baffles me & even when I tell myself I'm done because of all the drama, I still keep coming back.

The thoughts & opinions stated above are that, MY random thoughts & opinions.

Its been said, that there were 2 phone calls to 911, 1 from a random trucker & 1 from Brandon; I've always thought both calls could've actually been Brandon, the 1st call to say hey I'm outta gas & my truck is still on the highway can someone come help me, the 2nd call is the one that people are chasing him into the woods/field. And the call we all hear is those 2 calls spliced together & that is why it makes no sense to anyone. If That's the case then Deputy Neal did in fact respond to Brandon's call for help, but that doesn't mean that he can make someone appear if they have already fled into the fields.

Shame the photo is such low quality! But I guess the rocks are in the far corner. They aren't visible on google street view (images taken in 2012, so before BL went missing)

In response to some points made on here:

1. Filing a missing person's report -- have you ever filed one? I have. We filed it in the county where the person went missing. We actually met the officer at the location where the person was last seen. You want to file and talk to law enforcement who are familiar with the area and people. Also, if they have specific questions for you that they feel are relevant, they will have the info right away. If you needed to BOLO someone in your area would you want a second hand report from another LE agency, or would you like to make sure you get the info yourself upfront? I don't find this unusual at all.

2. Why would Kyle have brought several gas cans?
Maybe he wasn't for sure how close the nearest gas station would be (I don't know if Stripes is 24 hour or not) or maybe he just wanted to make sure Brandon put more than a gallon or two in his gas guzzling truck. Also, Ladessa urged him to get Brandon to stay at his house for the night. If he was going to suggest Brandon head back to San Angelo, he would have been easier to convince with enough gas already in his tank. Or maybe he wanted to make sure his brother had enough to get to Abiline - after Bronte there may not be more gas stations b4 Abilene. As for why he would drive on "E"? I used to do that a lot in my younger years too. And yes, pushing my luck sometimes in places and at times where running out of gas would not have been a good thing. Fortunately I was never wrong about how far I could go on Empty, but I was really sweating it sometimes. It was dumb, but many of us have done it. Especially if you're upset and just wanting to drive and get the hell outta town.

3. Ladessa's hotel stay - it was 35 min or so to get home. She stayed out there and was doing searches out in the Texas heat. It was far more practical for her to be a few minutes drive rather than 35 min (depending on traffic). As for her being too broke to do that --- I would not be at all surprised if his parents or her parents made the offer to pay for it.

4. Brandon's conversation with his brother and brother's girlfriend ---- you have to consider that first off all the connection wasn't good, but secondly they were operating under wildly different assumptions. Kyle heard Brandon was hiding in the woods and the only explanation he can come up with is the warrant. Brandon hears that Kyle has arrived and the cops are there, and he's thinking its in response to his 911 call. So he is babbling about hiding in the woods because he is in the middle of some kind of crisis and apparently injured. A terribly unfortunate situation....

I think it's important not to make assumptions and remember there may be totally logical explanations for many things.

....Filed where the PERSON WAS LAST SEEN! WHERE THEY WERE LAST KNOWN TO BE...not thought to be. No one has come forward saying they SAW him after he left the apartment he shared with LL. That's my issue with where the report was filed. No one one ever saw him where his truck was found.

Interesting, I went to the page just to look, does anybody else recall hearing on the phone call him saying he got in an altercation with 2 other people??? Is this something new or did I miss this??

What page? I don't recall him telling anyone that he had an altercation with 2 other people, only some saying that's what they suspected from the 911 call.

Not that it's a big deal but B & LL lived in a house not an apartment, just wanted to clarify. I wish they woulda lived in an apartment though cuz then I'd think more folks woulda seen him drive off cuz there is usually at least one nosy person in an apartment complex that knows everything about any going ons in the complex. While a lot of y'all are curious as to why the house was never searched, I too wonder that & wonder if the reason a neighboring county was called rather than local LE, to keep the focus off the house.
Another thing I've pondered is why the truck was released so fast, without being searched & processed then released to B's grandpa; the truck wasn't registered to B's grandpa, hell it wasn't even registered to B!!!

I too respectfully disagree. In the beginning no one knew who he was or what his record was. If you recall it was the same ones who admitted to lying to LE that also revealed BL's background & I believe they are the ones who have made it an "excuse" that LE hasn't done enough or anything, even after LE has been involved in multiple searches & also have approved several SAR teams to come in & search, what else can they do when they can't get a straight answer from those supposedly closest to BL? There's only so much you can do with what information you're given.

This being said, how would LE know that the person driving this truck was in fact B if (1) the truck was not registered to B? (2) no fingerprints were taken from the truck prior to being released to B's grandpa?

I have taken more pictures of this house and rock pile, the supposedly moving along the side of the road crosses and flowers LL put out for BL, in about 10 different places. I haven't traveled the road in awhile (praise the Lord) I got the most eeriest feelings and creepiest things would happen. I always saw BUZZARDS.
I still stand true to my original feelings on this case, go north to the Y and search you will find him. That rock pile hides evidence. Yes him and her are hiding something, quilt. No BL was not using again, the fight was about an affair. I believe he has more kids on this earth.
I hope all of y'all are doing good it's great to see so many new folks posting. I'm Bigmomma and I live close to the area. Hope y'all have a good evening!

So what's your hypothetical timeline here?

It's absolutely absurd LE haven't searched that house. I really don't get it...

I agree that the main intent was to keep the focus away from the house. And we've never been able to understand why the truck was released to someone other than the registered title holder.

Yes, sorry, I really meant the place that they rented...that the landlord could easily give permission to get into.
