Mr. Cooper is described as a 40-year-old Black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 60 tall and weighs about 220 pounds. Brian was last seen wearing a black shirt with gold letters, black sweatpants and black shoes.
Mr. Cooper was upset and made threats to harm himself and should be considered a danger to himself.
