An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing Texas teen who has not been seen since Monday morning, after leaving the Bexar County jail in San Antonio.

*****
Authorities said she is in “immediate danger,” with possible mental health concerns, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said.

*****
Guerra attended a Community Bible Church convention on Saturday before her mother picked her up, San Antonio Express News reports.

Police later arrested her on a family assault charge, then released her “in the midst of a mental health episode.”

“We begged them not to take her,” her mother, Raquel Guerra, told the outlet, adding that she left her money and home behind when arrested.

*****
Briana’s father reportedly went to the jail with Briana’s medication, but the jail informed him she would be released soon. At around 1 a.m. he returned and and was told she would be released in a few hours.

Upon release at around 3 a.m., Briana vanished.
