Found Safe TX - Brianna Morgan Gilbert, 22, went missing during shift break, Amarillo, 30 Mar 2021

I had to change my settings on my monitor so I could see it better. I think I captured it better. He clearly must say something to her as he turns around. Who was this guy?

I did see that, but it's at the beginning...not the end....and she keeps right on walking past this guy....on across the street ...to where it finally loses track of her.....

Using the red structure as a reference, I believe it's in order. At one point it appears Brianna and the man are standing near it together. It's the part leading up to them crossing paths that seems to be missing from the video. JMO

Yes! That makes sense! The red structure helps. Thank you. I had it all confused in my mind. Ok I see what you’re saying. Maybe we’re missing an interaction with the man. I wonder if this is the Hispanic man?

How difficult would it be to hide drugs on your person in the Dairy? Could she have been going to make a sell or buy? Noting...I have seen no evidence of that potential with Bri.

She was clearly on a mission going somewhere....was it normal for her to walk out there on break?

Thanks for this. Hmmmm.

That’s my fault. I thought he was at the end, but it wasn’t. Sorry!

She definitely looks like she’s going somewhere with a purpose. She’s not just aimlessly walking around.
Yes. I still think this was a transaction that went bad.

Ok even the red structure as a reference isn't helping me make sense if this video. Is the man at the beginning that she walks right by the same man that she's walking toward after going thru the gate? The man's clothes look the same. I wish the frames were numbered in order of the occurrence.

a 30 minute break would be lunch/dinner. Someone up thread said that street has shops and restaurants. Could she have been going to get something to eat or drink? I just don't see her buying or selling drugs at this point. Now something like a marketplace item, yeah. Because I bet getting arrested scared the living beejesus out of her. She is definitely walking with purpose- on a mission to? Looks like someone who knows they need to be back to work in 30 minutes. That guy looks like a co-worker who said " Hey" or " Going to lunch"? or "Have a good night" from what I can gather from the video.

I find it's practically impossible to go out, order, and be back in a half-hour. I drove one block to a Togo's (sandwich place) to order and pick up and then back at work and didn't make it back within the 30 minutes. The place to eat would have to be in the same strip mall and I'd walk there.

google maps walking shows 0.5 miles and 11 minutes from Plains Dairy to the What a Burger/MCD area - I doubt she would have gotten something to eat, especially if her job requires punching in and out.

This is what I see:

She goes through the gate beside a tanker trailer, walks to the end of the tanker, and turns right on Third Ave. You can see the other person crossing behind her. It looks like they might say something to each other.

The second camera picks her up as she turns the corner. It also picks up the other person crossing behind her, so the two camera views overlap slightly. She walks along Third toward the camera. There's no sign the other person is following her.

The third camera picks her up as she crosses Taylor Street into the parking lot. She's continuing parallel to Third.

The fourth camera picks her up as she crosses Taylor Street and walks toward the camera. She seems to be turning toward the last vehicle in the line as the video cuts out.

Okay - ready for wild card speculation? Emphasis on wild card.

Disclaimer: I am *not* accusing anyone of anything. I am merely an amateur with an opinion and speculation.

Dairies use bovine growth hormone to stimulate milk production in cows. Some misguided fools think this type of growth hormone can increase muscle mass and athletic prowess. As such, many growth hormones are sold illegally to those seeking adonis like proportions.

I wonder if this dairy has had issues with stolen growth hormone?

*Wild card speculation only*

I'm just so happy there is video!!! I was wondering if LE wasn't pursuing this case, but they are. Whew.

JMO The man in the video seems to be walking the opposite route of BG. He seems to come from the direction of the employee parking lot, and he turns behind BG as though he will go to the chain link gate to enter Plains Dairy - the gate BG exits in the beginning. Is he just another employee?

Also, didn't the coworkers, not LE, say they saw her maybe talk to a Hispanic man? In other words, not on camera video (LE), but some employee(s) personally saw her talk to or hug someone in the parking lot area?

Video is wonderful. So that's a modern "poncho". I could mistake her for a young male if driving by.

Oh I do too- but my co workers do it every single day- most of the time eating as they walk in, or at their desk

She would have no time...yes there are somethings down there, but its hard getting to them, on foot, because of traffic and one ways. Let me see if I can find a photo of the one-way underpasses she would have to go through, against traffic, to get to fast food.

Ok, here is a photo. The traffic is one way, and its usually busy with 18 wheelers as it is US 287 traffic going to I-27. Even if she walked to the underpass, its still atleast 1/2 a mile to the first fast food.

Edited again....I guess there is a walking path lane on the side of the bridge...but I just dont think there would be time.

What does BG normally do on lunch break? Does she bring lunch, eat in a lunchroom? Does her girlfriend bring her food? Does she place an order before leaving the job and then spend her lunch time picking it up?

What was she planning to eat that shift?

It does look like she is walking with a purpose, which could mean she is picking up something to eat and can't waste time.

I can also see it as walking with purpose to meet someone, again, with little time to spare because of the lunch break.

Curious about what BG normally does for meals while at work, especially the day she went missing.

Where else could she be going that is public- anywhere?

I specifically looked around on Saturday for whats near there...and theres nothing really but a railroad yard (THIS IS NEED TO BE SEARCHED), some abandoned buildings, the city bus station, and a I believe a homeless shelter (not certain if its still in use, but husband thinks it is). Amarillo Police Parking Lot and Building is just on the other side of the bridge in front of the Dairy. There is an abandonded hotel that is being redone there, called the Barfield I think, but I dont think its even open yet.

The train yard is below the dairy (the dairy overlooks it, I believe) and there are people in and out of there.

And I definitely do not call that a poncho....I think the teen or young adult culture call that a "drug rug" or a better name is a baja hoodie.
