I am on Holiday in California thru Sept. 19th - I am going to be flying out on the 18th - and home on the 19th.
So - posting this now - so I can keep my notes straight - even though the hearing is in a couple of days!

Thursday, Sept. 18th:
*Arraignment Hearing (@ 9am CT) – TX - Brooklyn Fancher (4 mos.) was found unresponsive on May 26, 2024, inside a dresser drawer at a Houston-area Day’s Inn motel. She was pronounced dead at the scene. According to investigators, the infant had been sleeping inside a dresser drawer, which served as her makeshift crib & died of suffocation. *Destiny Campos (21) arrested & charged (6/21/25) with 1st degree murder. Bond @ $300K. Bond reduced (6/25/25) to $250K. Harris County

7/11/25 Docket updates: Motion-access to defendant in jail. Defense motion: ACS interview room. Motions defense mitigation. Arraignment hearing has been reset on 8/14/25 @ 9am.
8/14/25 Update: Arraignment hearing was reset by agreement of both parties. Next arraignment hearing on 9/18/25 @ 9am. 8/19/25 Docket updates: Motions for expense investigator funds-granted; motion for mitigation specialist fund-granted. Motion HCJ access room-granted.
9/9/25 Docket updates: Precept/Serve ind. date returned. Grand Jury action-offense: Injury to child S8I/Mental-Level F1. Grand Jury action filed 9/9/25.
*Jeremy B. Fancher (38/now 39) arrested & charged (6/20/25) with 1st degree murder. Arraignment hearing on 10/23/25.
*Marilyn Jennifer Mork () the current girlfriend of Fancher, was also arrested & charged (6/20/25) with hindering apprehension. $25K bond. Harris County DOB Waiting extradition from Tom County to Harris County. No update 9/17.
