On May 12, 2021, Brooks County Sheriff's Officer personnel responded to the Metro Electric Ranch, located in Brooks County, Texas, concerning the body of a deceased adult female on the ranch property. The decedent was in possession of an El Salvador Identification Card bearing the name Delia Andres Miranda.
