Help, please! :) I'm not seeing this update on this or any of the links in this thread. I suppose I'm overlooking it. I notice the alert has expired but the articles say they're still entered as missing. Is it possible WOAI posted the above in error and has since removed it?

I think there was some confusion as who was located and who wasn't. In all fairness I saw the same MSM early this morning and it did say she was located. I've looked around and can't find anything to say she was located at this time. IMO

Detectives are also looking for a black 2014 Toyota Tundra, TX license plate CVH-2575, which may also be involved in the couple’s disappearance.

“We need to hear from friends of Camerina and Luis, especially those who have seen or had contact with them on or since January 24th. We want to find answers for their families and we believe with the help of the public, we can get those answers.” - Sheriff Sally Hernandez

Texas man charged with killing missing girlfriend after ‘disturbing chain of events’ emerge, TCSO says (ksat.com)

"A Pflugerville woman who disappeared late last month was likely killed by her boyfriend, who is currently on the run, according to the Travis County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies on Friday said a murder warrant was issued for Luis Angel Montes, 35, who is accused of killing Camerina Perez, 38."

Unfortunately yet another case of likely domestic violence. Scenarios like this happen way too many times.

Affidavit: Man suspected of killing girlfriend had tracked her prior to murder | KXAN Austin

[...]

The arrest affidavit listed the events investigators had uncovered leading up to Perez’s disappearance. Investigators believed Montes had been tracking Perez’s vehicles for months before, according to court documents. A witness told police he saw the suspect put a GPS tracker on her car, the affidavit said.

On Jan. 24, the affidavit said Montes saw Perez at an area supermarket with another person, where a witness said she had hugged and kissed the other person. The witness told police at the time Montes looked sad and upset after seeing that but “did not appear angry and did not make any threats towards” the two, the affidavit said.

Montes called her repeatedly after the incident and met with Perez at a bank parking lot in Pflugerville, police said, pointing to cell phone records and surveillance video. That’s when the affidavit said Montes “repeatedly assaulted” Perez “to the point that caused her death.” A significant amount of blood was seen pooling between the two vehicles on surveillance camera footage from the bank.
