Actually I do have it my notes - that I just re-read - that his bond was upped on 10/14/20 from $100K to $500K - correct?

Confessed to crime.

Well, the status conference didn't happen yesterday and will be rescheduled. No news on a trial date yet; it likely will be after the first of the year. Tarrant County is getting back in the swing of things, holding jury trials, but they are still somewhat limited by necessary COVID precautions.

The State has decided, with the support of Carla's family, that justice will best be served by not seeking the death penalty in this case.

Well - I do have a link to the Tarrant County, but it only has probate court. Can you give me the link again to the criminal courts? TIA! Sorry to bother you....
