Good find! There's definitely a resemblance! Judy's face is a bit more round than the UID, but overall, I think the similarities are definitely enough to submit.

What about Judith Carol Hofferman – The Charley Project ? She’s slightly older than the estimated age range though. I can’t find much about Judith’s disappearance.

The Doe Network says there's no DNA on her which would greatly help her identification. Apparently dentals on her are "unavailable". The reconstruction of her seems to be well done, but has never led to an identification in all these years.

She doesn't seem to have been from the area as nobody knew who she was. Was her death an accident or intentional on her part? It doesn't say that, but I wonder. I should go see if I can find any old news articles on her death.

I couldn't seem to find any old news articles that are online about her. She has always stood out to me since I was browsing Jane Does on the Doe Network years ago and saw her reconstruction.
