So many comments on how chucks such a lovely man, I hope he's safe and just having time out.

I truly hope that he is just having a time-out, and that he is re-thinking the suicide note and last will and testament that he left behind. Sad.

Chuck is still missing. :( MCSO posted an update today. I hope UPS sent a BOLO alert to all their drivers around his home and in West TX. Some comments suggest a connection there. Hopefully they'll locate him soon. My thoughts and prayers are with Chuck and those who love him.

Reach out to someone, Chuck. It's evident you are admired and cared for by many. What ever it is, can be made okay.

Has it been shared where the family discovered the suicide note and his last will and testament? Was it his home?

No, not seen anything yet about that. I'm so worried about this man, it seems like EVERYBODY he ever met absolutely loved him. Be safe chuck.

I wonder if his car has a tracker inbuilt?

EDIT 08/10/2021
Unfortunately, there is not much to update. Every lead sent in from the public has been exhausted and cleared. Prior to the original post, we had pinged our missing person's electronics, and attempted to find a geo-locate on the vehicle. Both were unfounded. His personal items, to include his electronics, were located at his residence with the letter. Without disturbing the integrity of the case, I can only reassure you now that I am taking every lead seriously.

If you have and questions/comments/concerns, feel free to contact me by calling the office at 936-348-2755 and asking for me, or emailing me at [email protected]
Thank you- Inv. C. Stanford

Yes UPS drivers all notified that service his home address and they speak to any other carriers (FedEx, USPS, etc) they come across.

After exhaustive searches, the body of a missing UPS delivery driver was found Thursday in Walker County, Texas.

A spokesperson for the Madison County Sheriff’s Office said the only information the agency is releasing right now is that McQuary’s body and vehicle were found. More information will be released after the autopsy and the investigation are concluded.

Authorities are hoping the autopsy report will determine if McQuary died from self-inflicted gunshot wounds or if foul play is involved.
