Boy Jules - I don't know. Eye color is wrong and he is about 10 years older than the estimate on Jason. Also, the ears don't line up the same?

Anyone else have any thoughts? Should we submit him? Texas LE is very receptive to outside help. It would be at least one more ruled out, if nothing else.

Also, LE did say that Jason's face was badly damaged in the auto accident so our picture of him may not be all that accurate.
