TX TX- Charles Thomas Runyon, 62, Garland, 31 May 2019 *Has trouble communicating

Garland Police are searching for missing 62-year-old Charles Thomas Runyon who went missing May 31 around 7:30 p.m. Runyon has diagnosed mental disorders, has trouble communicating and has been in custody for assaultive behavior in the past.

He is described as a white male, 5’11” and weighs 200 pounds. He has gray shoulder length hair with black tips and was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and brown shoes. Runyon was last seen in the 5400 block of Barcelona Drive.

If anyone has information regarding the whereabouts of Charles Runyon they are asked to call the Garland Police Department at 972-485-4840.
