Does anyone have a subsciption to the Dallas Morning News? I've found an article dated 29 August that says the hechizo eviddence would be presented at trial. I can't link it but it's by Valerie Wigglesworth so she must have known about the jar

IMO I don't think judge will let this in

I wouldn't. They said it "might" be names of people that night. If they don't even know what it is about it's not relevant IMO.

Also unless they found out it was a specific spell related to murder or something like that I also don't see the relevance. All this proves is he was superstitious - which is common with his heritage.
