Sometimes they have to process where ever. With the chain of custody and log in sheets as to who collected what, if in the case of DNA, an unknown was found, it would be tested against the CSI. That happened in the Caylee Anthony case.

But this is exactly why he's not on trial for murder. They've stated they don't have the evidence for that.

Even so, the detective stated that as an investigator, and taking the evidence as a whole (Christina never coming home, Amount of DNA found in shady person's trunk, etc) she believes that Christina was killed. It's really not that far of a jump in logic.

Besides, we haven't even heard the DNA evidence.

Yes...but that's not what I was talking about. I was talking about them saying the amount of DNA in the trunk meant she couldn't have survived. Then they said it was not blood. So all I am wondering is what it is.

If EA put Christina in a choke hold, immediately after arriving in the garage (3 mins from out of camera to car pulling out) and tossed her in the trunk, there will be LITTLE blood. And while the video shows they both appeared to be walking well, as in not to 'throwed', if she was indeed 'throwed' she could go down quickly. We are aware he has a history of choking/strangling. Then there MAY NOT be much blood in the trunk, and it would NOT bleed all the way through.
