might as well delete that or it will get deleted lol
Why? It was from articles and not a Facebook comment or anything. I've seen it discussed here. But then again I guess those comments could have been deleted later haha

One of the "blanket" stories was by his brother's alleged baby mama. She did an interview with the local news a few months ago about it. She didn't seem very credible and I saw scuttlebutt on social media that she lied about the paternity, proven by DNA I believe. I think she was just looking for her 15 mins or revenge.

I feel like there will be 1-2 scientists left. Haven't heard from Cathy Stamm or Robyn Busby, the lead detectives. Jonni and Anna (mom and stepmom). Not sure who else. If the judge had "planned" to have the case in the hands of the jury by Tuesday, the defense can't have much planned. Which also mean the state must not have much left.

My bet is Anna and then Jonni will be put up last for the State to testify solidly that Christina would never leave and stay missing for 2 years on her own accord. A very engaging, emotional final plea to find EA guilty.

If the defense doesn't put up CA, will the prosecution be able to bring up in closing he was EA's alibi for getting home?

"How did he disappear her so well???? She's vanished without a trace."

I see this comment a lot in various forms, as if he's done something amazing. But I really don't think that it's about him, or her, or the crime, but rather about the fact that finding a body that's been even slightly hidden is not easy. Bodies are small, "anywhere" is large, and a body hidden in the weeds or woods or a ditch or a lake or who knows where needs someone to happen to wander by there, and step on the almost exact spot or look at just the right place in the right way. How many five foot square places are there within an hour of Allen Texas? She could be in any one of them.

Maybe but still on msm so allowed here.

Were his parents been in court today? his brother? Remember the guy who was helping the family during the time of EA arrest....Carlos Q...what happened to him?

I don't know that they'd want to provide him an "alibi". If he doesn't provide one for himself, I don't think the State would introduce the possibility that he had an alibi. To my knowledge, nothing about CA has been brought up at all, even in Opening arguments.

I always think about 55 gallon drums on private property that know one would ever run across. :-(

“How many 16-year-olds in Allen and Plano have boyfriends who are 18, 19 or 20 years old and have had intimate relationships and there’s no criminal charges being filed against them?” said Carlos Quintanilla, the Arochi family spokesman. “If it wasn’t Enrique Arochi, there wouldn’t be charges. It makes it sound like this guy’s a deviant child molester and a despicable, worthless human being. This is not a child; this is a 16-year-old.”

According to the affidavit, Stamm provided Allen PD with an extraction report from Arochi’s cellphone conducted by Plano PD. A lewd instant message time-stamped Nov. 30, 2014 from Arochi to his then-girlfriend said he was glad he had sex with the victim.

Carlos Quintanilla. Yeah, that guy bailed. Lol. He's still around locally, he's an "activist" but he found some "worthier" causes like a 17 year old Hispanic kid getting murdered by a police officer. That officer was indicted a week or two ago.

Quintanilla said the Arochi family feels “massacred” by the attention that has been drawn to their family since Enrique’s arrest.

“There was no issue until the Morris family began to put on high pressure,” he said. “I’m sure if they had an incident where Enrique Arochi was jaywalking, they would be demanding that he would be criminally prosecuted.”

same link as above my love mods!

"As charges against Arochi stack up, Quintanilla said he doesn’t believe it will be possible for Arochi to have a fair trial. “Since when did America become a vigilante community where the family becomes the judge, the jury, the executioner and the victim?” he said."

Same link.

He's around y'all

Oh agreed, I just don't know how true it actually was/is.

Agree and may not be used in court but we can discuss here.

I want to share my thoughts on a civil federal case I was a jury member of this past year. There were some zingers from the plaintiff and he was asking for a lot of money but the defense poked so many holes, we as the jury could not find for plaintiff. And we all agreed at first vote. Looking back at that time as a juror I don't think I could vote to evict EA based SOLELY on case presented. I hope the state has more. Moo

You're right beccs! here it is

"Roberts said Arochi was known for keeping a blanket in his gray Camaro which detectives found Morris’s DNA in the trunk of.

She said that blanket disappeared between the time the 23-year-old went missing and a few months later when police seized the car.

“I asked him where it went and he said he didn’t know and I said do you think your brother did something to Christina and he said I’m really not sure anymore,” said Roberts."
