-Detective says checked w all the taxi and users and nothing was found
-EA attorney asked if he checked LYFT?
-Detective said lyft didnt service the area.
-Ea seemed nervous when talking about them having any video of his vehicle on the tollway.
-Detective said "5:32 there was DATA activity" as well as 4:56 am (DATA is not the same as call)
-Detective looks at the jury whenever he responds to a question;
-EA atty asks if CM was ok to drive
-Det said no he doesn't believe she was.
-Ea atty asking if she expressed she was ok to drive.
-Detective says "i don't know" (duh he wasn't there was my thought)
-Ea atty asks about the green kia soul
-Det said yes he did check it out, nothing suspicious and that the kia soul was there @ 4:08 pm that day.
-Det says he checked ALL the apartments in Shops of legacy (anyone remember when it was posted that they were checking out apartments as their yearly walk through????)
-Detective starts explaining how CM would have to do some crazy stuff to not be seen on camera (that goes on for a while)
-a few jurors smirk about CM trying to avoid cameras (bc its whack)
-Atty asks Det if another det would have a "different theory"
- Det said probably not but he isn't sure.
-Ea atty says not all activity that takes place in the garage is captured. That things could go on in the garage and that doesn't mean that they didnt happen bc its not on camera.
-Ea atty asks detective "is it IMPOSSIBLE Christina just sat in her car?" and asked detective about when he "did DWI and found people passed out in cars"
-Det says yes in his theory its impossible.
-EA attorney says maybe she sat in her car and then HF came and got her and they left.
-Ea atty says that the toll records indicate that E HONORED Christinas request to go back.
-Detective says not possible
Then the boring NTTA IT guy got up and records person and just showed their toll records and was bored out of my mind until HF walked in! Then I had to leave.
