Wait. So EA's phone pinged near his house at 5:32 AM. But he asked his neighbor about video for 4:30 AM. And it sounds like that's what the police asked for, as well. I'm assuming that he told LE that he got home around 4:30 AM, that fits his timeline of "I went straight home from Plano." BUT did LE look for any video around 5:32 AM, when his phone was pinging there? Because we know from LE testimony that his phone was still in Plano until almost 5 AM. I hope they made that connection, the disparity in time to look for possible video from the neighbor. It doesn't sound like this was addressed in testimony, at least the tweets aren't showing it.
