Well, there are no upcoming searches listed on any MSM site, LE site, or FB page.

If they had friends in common I am guessing one could have found out quickly where the party was taking place that night without her texting the location. ;)

Oh, definitely. I just wonder if they have some definitive proof of whether or not he knew where she was.

With all of the texts and calls (15?) between her and her bf, I would love to know if any of them included her whereabouts for the night. She could have told him beforehand, but maybe if any texts were involved, they included, hey, I am staying at so and so's apartment tonight or we're hanging out at this bar/restaurant in the Shops...

I'm just wondering how aware he was of where she was that night. And if police can verify through texts that he DID know. If he was in the dark, though, it would have been very difficult for him to guess she'd be in that parking garage which would make me eye someone else. I waffle back and forth between two options right now.
-not having a text obviously does not mean he did not know where she was, but having such a text would be pretty significant.

I live with my bf and we typically discuss our plans before work or after dinner. The absence of a text would not be shocking to me. I guess I would be more surprised if he had no prior knowledge that she was going out that night.

I guess we don't know if they were in fact fighting, but if they had been, that's one circumstance they might not have discussed her plans in much depth beforehand and might have carried on a texting argument...all just speculation on my part. I honestly don't even know what I think about this case. I've got no firm opinions on it. I just hope her family gets a resolution at some point.

At a restaurant in Plano right now and they have Christina's poster up in their front windows. No where near the shops. Glad to know that people and businesses in Plano still care!

What if Christina broke up with Hunter.
What if going to get her dog was really going home to get her things.

That is AWESOME that they have her flyer up!

All,
I worked closely with the leaders of Texas EquuSearch and amwriting this as a close family friend.
This is an official response to all the inquiries and rumorsgoing around about the active searches and the search group associated with thefamily.
1) There has been one organized search group setupto be the single point of contact for the Plano Police Department and thefamily. This group was organized the dayafter EquuSearch postponed their active search. With the blessing of EquuSearch and the Plano PD. There was some information transferred fromEquuSearch to this group for continuingthe searches (i.e previous search locations, volunteer information, etc.). No other information will be given out ormade public.
2) The person who has been entrusted and graciouslyaccepted to be the organizer of this group is in fact a lawyer, but he is in noway representing the family in any legal terms. He just happened to be a lawyer. He was appointed by the family. Hewas very active in searches with EquuSearch.
3) The family has NOT told anyone to stop searching or volunteer to search, nor hasthe search organizer of this group. I donot have personal insight into the PPD requesting other groups to stop searching. I do know that they wish that all searchactivities be coordinated thru this group as a single point of contact to them. For the following reasons:
A. To ensure all searches are conducted in the samemanor and are recorded.
B. To ensure all searchers are briefed on what todo and what not to do during a search.
C. That no search location is publicized.
D. That all searchers are identified with contactinformation incase PPD has any questions.
E. To forward any possible clues or evidence to thePPD in the appropriate manor.
F. To make the best use of all the volunteers timeand keep the searches productive. If wehave different groups going out and not coordinating there could be aduplication of efforts.
G. To ensure all volunteers do not discuss searchlocations or possible evidence publicly or in any other manor.
4) This group is actively communicating with thefamily and the Plano Police Dept.
5) This group is not the sole decision maker onsearch locations, anyone is more than welcome to provide tips or areas thatthey wish to be searched, and then this group will get the appropriate teamstogether based on the search area terrain. We have a list of volunteers with access to specific search needs.
6) The family welcomes any and all volunteersas they want Christina found. They are gratefulto all who have volunteered and continue to volunteer their time.
7) For active search information or to provide tipsor other search areas, please contact [email protected].
Thank you for your continued support and prayers. Let’s bring Christina home !!!

KenSteg, thank you for clearing that up. We needed that.

KenSteg.....bless you for posting. Hopefully these wild speculations can now stop. Everything you said made perfect sense.

One other thing I should clarify. When I said "For active search information or to provide tips or other search areas, please contact [email protected]." The "tips" I am referring to is for search areas. If you have information specific to the whereabouts of Christina or this case contact the Plano Police Department directly, do not send that information to this group.

I'm happy that KenSteg took the time to post. Maybe some of the confusion regarding the searches will get straightened out. Now, I have to say..... One posted that a volunteer told him they were told to stop searching without the attorney's permission. KenSteg obviously said no one has been told to stop searching. Was that volunteer steering away searches for a reason?

Good evening all, I saw I got a few emails but I can't respond via email and I use the tapatalk app to navigate this site and this case is the first I've followed on WS so I'm not sure how to reply to the private emails.

I'm not Christina's aunt, but an aunt to many. Me and my twin can't have children of our own which is a whole different story in itself, but all of my friends and extended family of mixed races of all ages call me "Aunt Cindy". Professional as in I'm not here during day as I'm hard working person in the business world!!!! I have nothing to gain but hopefully comforting the family members and paying it forward as we all have the ability to do and such few choose to do, for me I'm a giver.

I'm also now intrigued by the woman from Wylie missing within an hour timeframe of day and hope others will help find her too because it's possible they may be connected as she's gone missing with no clues also. I noticed the article on WFAA site about the serial attacker. Praying for all women to please be careful, check your surroundings and have a code with family and friends to let them know somehow if you are kidnapped they will know right away you're NOT ok. I have one with all of my close family and friends and if my husband is out of town, our neighbors and friends are aware and check on me. PRAYING FOR CHRISTINA

Well I think it's natural for people to hold on to hope and believe that their loved one is still alive. You hear crazy stories all the time of people who went missing and were found years later. Just the other day that elderly lady was found in a cabin in Maine. Left there by her abductors for years. You just never know. So while we may feel that it is more realistic that Christina is no longer alive, I can see why her mom would still be thinking otherwise and hoping that they will be reunited and life will go on with them together.
I've hoped that she has an informed reason to believe that CM is being held, I've read the posts also, the poor woman. But, as a parent I don't think that you would have a choice but to hold THAT belief and to keep it for as long as there is not proof that your child is gone. You just have to look at Amanda Berry and Gina Dejesus, they were found alive after almost a decade. BTW, I still get a kick out of watching the 'dead giveaway' remix of the Charles Ramsey interview. So funny!

While the search group organizer may have good reason to regulate the searches. My belief is that it STILL is putting prosecution in front of 'finding evidence'. Yes, you want a perp held accountable (if in fact there is a perp), but IMO, that is secondary to finding evidence.

Thank you KenSteg for giving us all of that information!

So, does anyone know if Christina and/or any of her friends from girls night posted on their Facebook pages throughout that evening/ early morning? If so, maybe the location service recorded where they were. I know my iPhone and iPad do this. I have mine turned off. But,maybe that is how mystery taker knew exactly where she was.....
Just my thoughts.....

None of that has been released. OnStar also auto logs gps of all gm vehicles that are onstar capable.... if they have gm/chevy vehicles

Does anyone else think that since we have information that the camera images are being enhanced, that they have ID'd a car, but are waiting for enhancement to ID the person or persons in the vehicle? At this point I'm leaning towards this. I'm thinking they are waiting to ID her in someone's vehicle & IMO, it's someone she knows well!
