She was last seen on surveillance video around 4:00 AM at The Shops at Legacy in Plano, Texas, with a male friend. The pair was recorded walking into a parking garage together, before going to their respective cars. Christina’s silver Toyota Celica was later found nearby. Police say that despite being the last person seen with her before she disappeared, Christina’s friend has been very cooperative and is not considered a suspect.

Updated information

A. All surveillance cameras in The Shops at Legacy parking lot were working Aug. 30.
B. Surveillance footage has been sent off for enhancement.
C. Christina’s iPhone 5 has a metallic blue case with a black teddy bear sticker on the back made from skateboard grip, according to her mother, Jonni McElroy, in a Facebook post.
D. Plano PD has been in touch with the FBI; case has not reached the level of their jurisdiction yet.
E. FBI is not officially working the case, but is involved.
F. PD believes Christina was last seen wearing black shorts, flip flops and a light-colored t-shirt.
G. Friends and those with Christina the night she went missing are being treated as witnesses by Plano PD.
H. More than 200 tips have been received; all are being investigated.

True, and everyone has their opinions, but if I recall correctly, a lot of posters in here were ready to convict EA when we just knew him by his initials. I don't know if he's guilty or innocent, but I do believe the family may know more about him than we do. I'd like to think Christina's mother, father, & step-mother would know the implications of targeting this guy if he's innocent. They have to know more. I don't see them waking up yesterday morning, and saying, "gee, let's picket EA's house for the heck of it."

Here is what I have been saying for a while now ....

Yes..IMHO !!! it is those stages of grief I suppose that are reacting. We can see and agree to this.
But I have to wholeheartedly agree 1000% with what you have said .
IMHO ... The Family themselves need to cut ties with the FB ..it is obviously causing a higher stress level than what is already present.
IMHO .... The Witness's and long time associations of the missing should not have any type of control or monitoring authority over a location where a credible lead or information might be landing at.
IMHO ..... This is why I think a Hired Super PI or 2 should be taking the reins on this and next steps ...and to alleviate any additional undue stress.
IMHO... This is why I feel that Grief/Trauma Counseling is more than needed at this time..

The thing that really bugs be about this and what could bite the family in the backside IMO is that LE has not officially named said walker. Yet when you look at the posters the family/friends have, not only is the name on there (first and last) but there is a picture of him. Assuming the walkers family has a lawyer (don't know for sure myself) the family better tread lightly. Not only is it harassment IMO, it is slandering someone that police have said is not a suspect or POI. While the intention is good, I see this really backfiring on them legally. The neighborhood is only going to take so much of it too, peaceful or not. If you had kids that wanted to go outside and play on such beautiful days would you let them with all this happening on your block? I don't know the make up of the neighborhood so my question is just theoretical but if I lived there I'd keep my kids away from it.

Hello all! Haven't been following closely lately the Ebola scare has monopolized the news it seems here in Big D. I find this tactic very interesting. It does remind me of Dylan Redwine case (only the family picketing.) IIRC though Mark was "not considered a suspectt" either but was sleuthable. Hopefully with the news story that will happen this evening it will open things up to share info on EA.

I feel for the Morris Family .. I really do ... They want answers, They want their daughter back home,they want to find a exit door from this nightmare they have been enduring with soo many unanswered questions of not knowing.

But I also feel for The A family as well. that home is the private property of the mother and father. NOT EA himself. He is not the taxpayer there..it is his parents home; furthermore has anyone sat down and thought of the legal implications the A family could present?? Imagine their frustration as well. We have no idea what may be happening inside that home as we speak....

You bring up a lot of good points. I feel indifferent about how they're going about it. See both sides. This case just keeps getting more and more confusing. Saying prayers for the family

I also Have Prayer that if The "A" Family finds out that there is any validity to the reason of the mass gathering on their street,that they will do the legally right thing in the best interest for the Morris family. I think this may be a strong faithful family.. I shutter to think what may happen.

1) they have not hired their own PI that has led them to this action

2) they have not sought grief/whatever counseling, etc

3) they have not sat down and spoken with Christina's boyfriend, friends and witnesses who have revealed all they know to them.

We don't know any of this and I think it's improper to suggest they need to do so, when the fact is - they may already have done all 3 and we just don't know it. It's been suggested multiple times by multiple people which tends to make it seem accusatory. Her family is 100% victims here and I feel very defensive for them (and I don't even know them) on this forum a lot lately.

Accusatory I am not ..Improper for me to suggest that they get grief and trauma counseling??? How so? It is my opinion and mine alone.
I have a great deal of empathy for the Family whose street has been bombarded now for 2 days ... where is the compassion for them being caught up in the victims as 100% as well??

The family hasn't even come to terms with Christina being deceased. People wondered why Tim Miller left so quick . . . he wasn't here to negotiate a hostage situation. . . he was here to look for a body/remains. A body may never be found.

Out of everyone in this case...they are the only ones that surprise me.
