According to my recollection, I thought CM's boss called a friend who called CM's mom after Christina didn't show up for work on Tuesday.
Another component to the story, according to CM's mom on the JVM show, was that Christina was scheduled to go to work on Saturday as well. Her comment included information as to why CM decided to go home (for dog and had to go to work on Sat.). I remember the pieces of the story didn't make sense considering it began with the idea that Christina was planning to spend the night to begin with (therefore she knew she left her dog and that she had to go to work on Sat.). Why did she change her mind when those two factors hadn't changed. What DID change? Comprende?

That is all we have to go on for right now and raw gut feeling. We have no further evidence,No Crime Scene,NO Body/Remains,No Contact..
It is not a crime for a 23yrold to walk away and start over somewhere

I am not going to get in a debate, I just am trying to figure out why you have been so quick to allege everyone else as potentially involved except for the one who was last seen with her and more importantly got caught in multiple lies to le. I cant help but to assume you are family or friends of the walker to automatically assume and believe the bf (who has been cleared) as well as the others in the apartment are the ones to look at and not the obvious.

BF has NOT been cleared. Others in the apartment have not been cleared either. No one has been cleared according to LE over the weekend *links are a page or two back.

If LE has evidence ... by all means .. Haul him downtown with Atty in tow.. until then ... why is his family and him being treated this way by many??

I of course think it's possible the this casual acquaintance who walked with her to her car could be involved. But there is so many lose ends and strange stuff going on in her life that weekend and in her friends/SOs actions in the four days after, and so many undertones that she and/or some of her inner circle may have been involved in behavior that increases your risk (i have no idea if the undertones are accurate). It is hard to see that with all that, that this guy who is described as one step above a stranger decided to grab her and harm. I would be really coincidental that on this day(s) in her life so filled with drama crying at work, rampant calls, changing plans at 3:30am when you have work that morning, why are you wanting to do all this if you have to work (are you getting chemical assistance?) she then turns up missing and its due to someone she hardly knows that is totally unrelated to all this. It's not impossible, but it would be a heck of a coincidence ... If I ran things I'd be looking at all the issues going on in her life at the since they didn't seem totally normal, and how that might relate to her being missing.

Ask yourself why hasn't LE gotten a warrant to search this guys house or car what do they know that we don't know?

I think the family thinks what they think because this casual acquaintance being responsible is the alternative the involves the least critical look at their daughter and he closest associates and what they were into and what was going on with her and them that weekend so psychologically it is the easiest option for them to accept.

But .. I do not believe in putting the escorts family in a risky situation and burning them at the stake in the process!! I am taking a stand for his family's home and lives .. I am in NO way saying that there is NOT a possibility he may be involved willing or unwilling.

I am sure that EA have told LE everything that he knows to be true and accurate. I am also sure he also told LE anything that he might have heard or seen going on that night and morning. He has done everything that LE has requested. He is not a suspect or POI.
There is not a crime according to LE.

I think the issue is this. Stating this all as fact, that you know everything he said was accurate, that you are sure he told LE everything, and that he has done everything LE has requested. How could anyone, even LE, know whether he has divulged all his information... How are you so sure has been so honest and forthcoming?
