Offering up vehicle for searching and forensic testing, providing clothing worn that night for inspection, offering access to cell phone data would be a good start.

And how do you know that hasn't been done?

I'm dumb I guess. What does BBM mean on a post?

I think back to blackberry messenger.
Bolded By Me When we bold certain words in quotes, we add it so people know we put on the emphasis not the writer.

Just out of curiosity, nothing I have found in terms of officially documents have stated this. How did you know that part of his name? can you share a link?

Can't speak for TXYorkieMom but Publicdata.com Drivers License records yields a lot of information.

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1409/08/ijvm.01.html

JVM aired September 8.

When mom's text messages went unanswered she started to wonder why she wasn't getting replies. On day three of Christina being missing, one of CM's best friends called mom saying she was very worried because she hadn't heard from Christina either.

Mom goes on to explain, "and then her boss was very kind of frantic because Christina didn't show up to work for two days, because Christina has never missed work."

The order of calls isn't clear based on the JVM transcript. The boss calling a friend and the friend calling the mom morphed into one call to mom somehow (although I read that version somewhere).

According to the JVM account, a friend of Christina's contacted mom on day three. Then mom spoke to CM's boss but the transcript does not make clear how contact between them was made.

Just clarifying for the record because I posted up thread that the boss called a friend and the friend contacted CM's mom. After rereading the transcript, mom doesn't say that exactly. The friend of Christina's contacted her mom on day three. We know the police report wasn't made until day four. Did mom have to contact the boss?

Just making an assumption based on recent events. If he had, it seems that CM's family would be aware, and wouldn't be picketing his house asking him for answers.

I'm really surprised at how riled up people are over this. For weeks we have been wishing for more info and wondering why her family wasn't doing more and allowing conversations on FB. Now they've offered us some info and are not immediately deleting things on FB and people are criticizing them.

I said this earlier, so I'm repeating myself, but I think if the family felt others with CM that night had info that they weren't sharing, they would be doing the same (picketing, naming names, etc) with them. I think EA is the only one they don't feel has cooperated and therefore they are questioning him.

The family may not be making the right choice in their approach, but at least they're doing something. I am guessing they asked for legal advice prior to these events.

First I have heard about the theft from her place in Ft. Worth back in March. Very disturbing. I suppose most here have discussed this already, but this guy should be added to the list of possibilities. Unstable and unpredictable plus he could be from Allen if she has known him 8 years...yes?

According to the only Fort Worth police report from her address in the past year, Morris, who lives in the 4000 block of Lafayette Avenue near Camp Bowie Boulevard, reported a theft from her house March 25.

According to the police report, she let a male friend of eight years stay there between 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. Morris told police that her friend had a “drastic personality change” that came out of nowhere and started calling her “Nick” before asking for a shower.

Because she didn’t have water or electricity, a neighbor let him shower at his or her place, but after starting the shower, he took off down the street, the report says. According to the report, Morris returned home to find her purse stolen and her home ransacked. All her belongings were later recovered behind a frame store on Camp Bowie, with the exception of her Social Security card, the report says.

What is this? Was she working there, too?

According to Morris’ LinkedIn account, she is the marketing director for Trust None Streetwear, an urban clothing line she runs with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend is not a suspect now, police said.

Seriously, like you stated earlier, there are multiple possibilities for motive in this case!

Too bad LE can't haul all the friends down to the station, throw them in a room together, and listen as they discuss the case. That would be interesting I bet.

I think you are probably right. I also think the family knows a lot more than people are giving them credit for. JMO

Jmo I only see two, domestic or sexual attack.

I want to know if the walker and Christina interacted at all at the party and if they did what did they say to one another.

There could be other motives such as jealousy or rejection in this case. I have seen other things related to Christina in a negative way. It certainly is not limited to domestic or a sexual attack. Now we learn there was an individual who appeared to be unstable had stayed with her and then robbed her only months ago. We don't know his status or what came of that case.

Speaking of the robbery police report, was an arrest ever made in that case?

And, at some point, had someone determined the lease date on the house/duplex/whatever where the robbery took place? Is it consistent with the last official residence of CM? And, what are possible reasons one might be without electricity and water BESIDES newly moving in? Because if we think back to the high-end purses for sale (or was that discussion redacted?) it doesn't seem like money/income would have been a factor, right?

How does one live in an apartment without running water?

What a bizarre story that is about the robbery.

Self-quoting. Bad manners, I know. My list just felt disjointed without it, though.

1. Outage (not likely if neighbor still had access)
2. Unpaid bill?
a) forgetting (but both?)
b) insufficient funds
c) oversight- switching banks and forgetting to update autodraft info/receiving replacements for expired debit/credit cards and forgetting to update?

All very valid questions.

I was trying to track down the police report and there was one I found done on March 26th at 11:36am, but I can't be certain it is the right one without an exact address or more information. Ft. Worth does have online public records one can apply to obtain with a lot more info.

She must have been staying there with no running water or electricity. A visitor at 3:00am indicates she was either home or just coming home. Since she was familiar enough with the person nearby to ask if her friend could shower...maybe that same person allowed her to use the facilities, too? There was no mention of her BF in the theft report that I could determine, but weren't they together at the time? How long have they lived together? The way the article reads it is the same location they were sharing when she went missing unless I am mistaken.

Staying anywhere with no electricity and running water usually means no money to pay those bills for both to be turned off at the same time. However, if people were remodeling and perhaps not living there at the time or only stayed in a home seasonally...they would possibly turn them off. I don't see her having funds to do either one of those.

What are we missing here?

She knew the person and filed the report so I cannot imagine why there would not have been an arrest unless they could not find him again.

It would be interesting to know if he was known to the others in the Allen group at the apartment that night, too. If she knew him 8 years, wouldn't that mean the chances are pretty good he was from Allen?
