How are you so sure that EA told LE everything he knows to be true and accurate. It was reported that he lied to the police about his walking Christina in the garage. So,why if he lied to the LE,do you think he is being so honest? Do you have personal relations with him?

Just my opinion,btw.

Who is this directed to?
Also can you provide a link where LE has stated that they were lied to by EA?

I would like to know what you guys think happened to Christina. I see a lot of you are leaning towards Ea... But, I'm sure everyone has their own idea as to who, what, when, & why???

How are you so sure that EA told LE everything and has been 'true and honest' as you said? Do you know him? What makes you think that he will not lie again. Remember, he initially lied to LE when EA didn't know about the video of him and Christina walking together. He said he only walked her to sidewalk.

Just my opinion,btw.

Again, please provide a link to document where LE states that EA only walked her to the sidewalk. I never read this in any of Officer Tilley's statements.

By all means, you are entitled to your opinion. I am just curious why it is directed at everyone except the walker?

I like your question stems.

It could also be helpful to generate a list of questions for each confusing element of the timeline. Plus, we're less likely to have the thread closed (and/or provoke each other) if we speak in questions.

There are all kinds of categories for the questions:

Background questions (pre August 30)

Pre-event questions (day/eve/night/early morn before disappearance)

Event questions (the disappearance itself)

Post-event questions (pretty much everything since then-- notification, searches, recent developments, etc.)

But then again .. we already have 10 threads on the subjects as to what we have to go on up till now.

Okay I'm going to try to express my thoughts about this whole EA issue because it's seemingly never ending on here. First let me preface by saying a few things: other than the fact that CM is missing I know nothing of what actually happened that night OR the four days after. I am not friends with or related to any of these people. I have sleuthed literally every person in her circle and as far outside of it as I could. I found many unusual backgrounds and situations. I have my own theory about what happened to Christina but it's only my opinion based on what I have discovered sleuthing public records, social connections, and apparent dynamics based on sm sites.

That being said, I am confused about our conversations on this forum lately. I thought that unless someone was named as a POI we could not sleuth them. That had been the frustrations of many on here earlier. Can a mod clarify? In the past if we brought up a person who was there that night we were told we couldn't sleuth them or make accusations. Now it seems like it's fine to do this to EA. Was he named a POI or have the rules eased up? I've been unable to keep up with posts during the day and I try to catch up at night, so I'm feeling like maybe I've missed some change. All of a sudden there are all these posts saying he lied and I didn't think that was acceptable. So much of it seems like hearsay. I really thought LE had no named suspects.

CAN we start sleuthing everyone? Or is there some reason why we are now allowed to make accusations of this one person? Maybe a Mod can clarify.

True, but there's value in restructuring-- extracting just the questions, not the commentary or hypotheticals-- and bringing them to a unified location. New ideas are generated. New gaps are discovered.

It's a proactive task we can perform with what we've got, and right now, it feels like questions are just about all we've got.

I agree!

Wish there was a big board on this site one page with all the for sure facts... That's a lot of pages to go through

I can express who I think (today) is possibly responsible, why I think they did it (motive), when it happened, and where she could possibly be now w/out pointing fingers at people not named in the media as you guys have been doing all along. I just wanted to see where poeple in the forum stood. That was my point.

Continue on....

The problem is we cannot discuss "Who?" to answer the "What? When? Where? and Why?". Makes it fairly difficult to give our opinions or theories when no one is allowed to be brought up unless LE names them as a POI or Suspect. The exception is when they are brought up in the news media for other things and we can discuss them in that particular context.

At least 15 texts and 4 days. The two facts which started this case. And that is all I can say about that.

True, we can't indicate names, but we could probably use common nouns and categories--
Previous romantic relationships
Strangers
People present that evening
Work-related contacts
Distant-past classmates

We could make it work, I bet.

Mindreader! I was thinking that, too. Luckily we tend to repeat ourselves fairly often!

I have a very strong opinion on what happened to her..but to keep within the rules here I can not state openly ..until actual evidence has been disclosed.

What's the reasoning behind making the searches private? Not questioning LE tactics just wondering the thought behind doing it that way.

At LEAST 15 CALLS the Morning she disappeared
could have been 25 but at LEAST 15

Here's a tiny snippet of my pre-event questions:

What was the timeline of events that we know of so far, and how did it correspond to the wardrobe changes?

What were all the clothes and items presented in the media?

How, when, and why were these descriptions altered?

Where were the not-in-current use clothes stored that evening?

Where, when, and why did the wardrobe changes take place?

What potential sources might have footage of the evening's events?
