Great first post and I agree with most of it.

Regarding the pings...if a person leaves their phone at home when they go out...it will ping at home.
So, not necessarily flawless. However, I agree with your theories regarding the evening and LE's strategy.

Not trying to knock on hf... But the idea that he could make it to plano from fort worth and not have ppd already on him is a substantial stretch of the imagination. There are at least a dozen different things that would of logged him electronically (excluding phone and toll tag). I think Einstein with a month of prep would have trouble figuring out an off grid route to get to plano from fort worth and back, much less a person with a strong history of drug use. That's not including the human factor of people seeing him.

Yeah I mean, I am not counting anyone out but just saying statistically speaking the likely hood of him pulling that off is, well I don't even know what the odds would be they are so low
Add this as well, he would have to dodge every camera there at the garage and surrounding businesses.

I honestly think he plain out didnt care that she wasnt home. He was cheating. He had another girl. He was probably like thank god shes going out for the night, i can hang out with the other girl.. he didnt care she called 15 times, i think he was just over it. He didnt answer because he didnt care, and he was just annoyed that she kept calling. when she didnt come home he probably thought, oh i really must have ticked her off so she's staying with friends cause shes mad at me.

I say all this because I've dated a few of those jerks, and thats what i see him as. If I didnt come home or contact some of my exes for a few days after a big fight they wouldnt call my mom either. They would be like oh well, shes mad at me again, im gonna go party.

All newer cars have them. They log various actions and mainly are used in fatality accidents. Speed, acceleration, braking, some even monitor radio volume level etc

IIRC, there was talk of him being in Dallas that night, but I don't recall the source or how valid it might have been. Regardless, if hf came to Plano, IMO it wasn't to commit murder so he wouldn't have been trying to cover his tracks so much. Even from Dallas, it would be very difficult (maybe lbj to midway and up, but idk). If he came to Plano, IMO it would have been him snapping when he saw cm and the walker. If hf snapped, would the walker lie to protect him? Probably not.

It definitely makes him look suspicious, I for one strongly believed he had something to do with it in the beginning. After other information came out, some from MSM, some not, I changed my view of his involvement & came to my own conclusion that he may be self-centered, troubled & a cheater, but in my opinion, he was not directly involved. The phone being off was a red flag at first, but at this point I feel the phone was off because he didn't want to be bothered by her that night & wanted to go do his own thing, with his own people. The not reporting her missing, pretty sketchy but again, I think he might have taken the opportunity to do his own thing. I'm not completely convinced that he hasn't heard rumors of what happened that night, maybe someone told him. Like you mentioned, these kids were into drugs & we are not talking just weed, he's been arrested more than once , so if he heard anything it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't give out that info. Completely totally my opinion only.

I know you're just coming up with ideas. I do the same. He could of used another car. Perhaps the person he was cheating on CM with had a car.

Ecstasy/Molly is a dangerous drug & if ingested while under the influence of other drugs it can become even more dangerous. I don't know if CM or anyone in her group did this drug, but I do know it can be dangerous.

Many young adults this age are still taking Adderall and Ritalin for ADD/ADHD and shift work. These are amphetamines and when combined with Ecstasy/Molly the result can be lethal. This is not MOO or IMO, this is a fact.

But it is unknown if CM was involved in legal Rx meds or recreational meds. This is just a FYI.

What if it's exactly the way her co-worker said it was. What if she is an alien from mars and she went back to her home planet. I just cant anymore. I'll check back in a few days for updates and hope things are less ridiculous.
