Re: lawyers

If your the bf of a missing woman and u have been fighting and didn't answer her calls and do t notice she is
Is missing for 4 days u need a lawyer.

If your the ex bf and she left u for your best friend and LE has spoken to u numerous times u need a lawyer.

If your a friend that was seen with her last before she vanished off the face of the earth u need a lawyer.

Innocent or guilty protect yourself .
Smart thing to do.

All jmo

I wonder at what point did EA get a lawyer? I'd like to assume he got a lawyer because PPD believes he may be involved?

What Eileen said above ^^^

This report says her brother and stepsister are setting up in The Shops today to sell Find Christina shirts and bracelets.

I think that is a great idea! It will serve two purposes - remind people where she went missing from, and generate money for reward, searches, etc.

His parents most likely hired an attorney because they felt his rights should be protected which is not an admission of guilt or inference of police suspicion. We are all entitled to hire counsel to aide us should we find ourselves being questioned in any matter.

I don't know when he obtained a lawyer. However, most attorneys do not favor a revolving door interrogation for their clients. We know he spoke to LE multiple times and was cooperative.

“We know it’s a process of elimination and we’re kind of making our own start,” he said. “We’re all working together for one reason, and that’s to bring her back safely. We do believe in miracles, but we’re not going to sugar coat it. It doesn’t look good after this amount of time.”

"We're going to continue following up on those tips, and the primary investigators are going to continue on with their in-depth investigation speaking to the people that were originally there," Tilley said. "[We're] going beyond the recent, going back a little further. Maybe someone had a beef with her awhile back. ... There's still a lot of area to cover. We have not, by any stretch of the imagination, reached a dead end."

I still keep going back to exactly what both Tim Miller is quoted in saying about this case as well as Officer Tilley...

Wonder what Tilley meant when he stated "Speaking To The People That Were ORIGINALLY There" ???? Leaves You To Think......

Yes! This statement is what really had me wanting to know all the dynamics of their friendships past and present.

I know you and others have asked several times about the dynamics of that evening. What time CM got there - who she was with at first - did the group members and number of friends change throughout the evening - did the same people who started out together end up all together, etc. We don't know any of that.

No we don't and in my opinion I doubt we will be privy to that anytime soon. All we know, based on msm and the poster who saw CM that night is that the people with her for part of the time at least were: PP, KL, SN, and EA. That would make 5 ppl as reported by LE.

McElroy did her best to put rumors to rest, insisting that Morris’ boyfriend has been nothing but cooperative in light of his girlfriend’s disappearance.

“He and his father went all the way up to Choctaw [Casino] and dropped her flyers everywhere – every truck stop, every restaurant, every convenience store – and they covered a lot of ground,” she said. “He feels like an idiot for waiting four days. It was a typical boyfriend/girlfriend fight, and he just really wishes he would have contacted us. He said he has to live with that for the rest of his life.

Statements like this leave me seeing red flags.

So here's a question: HF went up to Choctaw distributing flyers. Did he distribute flyers along any other highways? I wonder why he thought that was best place to go first.

He came up to the casino with his father and hit places along the route. I don't know if the young people from Plano/Allen TX often come up to that particular casino or if it was simply covering the route into OK.

Maybe they are putting the focus on EA to confuse someone else???
Making THAT person feel safe and hoping THAT person will trip.
I have no clue who THAT person may be. Just thinking.

ETA: naaa...they wouldn't picket in front of his house to trip someone else. I take the above back.

It is bizarre !! You would think he would be searching and posting along the Routes leading back to FORT WORTH since
A. That is where SN said she insisted on driving back to ...
B. That is where she works
C. That is where she & he live with their dog and have the clothing business (homebased)
D. That was her last text to him at 3:58a 8-30-14 Leave the front door unlocked * meaning I am coming to you*

Yep and this “I just want her to come home and be alive and safe,” Foster said.
http://cw33.com/2014/09/10/without-a-trace-boyfriend-speaks-out-about-missing-girlfriend/

Now this could just be statements from an immature emotionally overwrought young man. However, a prosecutor could take words like this and spin them into an entire scenario of guilt, and this right here is a good example of why people hire lawyers before they start talking. Those words can not be taken back. IMO

It is also in that same interview ..he states he "is not mentally stable" ... IMHO that is why I am concerned about his mental health over-all as well as the role and stability.
He really should have considered having legal guidance as they all need.

They certainly do, but they go to Winstar as well.
