How far back was that post of the friend that walked behind her in the parking lot?

I don't have any idea. I'm just thinking either earlier in the evening the friends saw where they parked or possibly when they left to go eat later that night.

I have not said he is either however, the fact does remain that, 1) he was the last person to be seen with her 2) his story has changed 3) he won't speak, attorney or not.

If he is innocent he should speak to the family IMO

I get also that he is probably going on the advise of his attorney but at some point your attorney should at least speak? I also get no evidence of crime. My thing is a mother and father are begging for someone to help them find their daughter and IMO as a Mother myself, my son and I would be talking to this mother. If you have nothing to hide, what is the problem? That is just how I look at it. All of this IMO makes him appear to have something to hide. Whether he does or not we have no idea, but IMO it makes it look that way to me.

Well I think he knows something. Everything I have read & such points in that direction in my eyes. Not saying other people could't be involved, I believe that is the case too. JMO.
Edited for misspelling.

I think getting out of her car she had a lot in her hands and it slipped out of her fingers.
I guess lost and found was checked at the shops?.

Good point .. I wonder if that was checked?? I am sure they have lots of keys, sunglasses all kinds of things!! I wonder how long they hang on to stuff like that?? ~JMO

JMO I think at this point in the investigation they may just be going back over the days following CM's disappearance to see what some of her associates were doing and where they went. With the information we have received being basically vague, it seems they may have just printed what they needed to in order to rattle some people. JMO.

Im sorry I don't agree with you that he Should speak to the family.
He talks to LE..
He does not know them. They are not old family friends.

Why should he speak to them when LE is who they should be going to for answers?
If LE thought that was important they could arrange a meet at sheriffs office but they will not do that.

I still think she kept her keys on a lanyard.
I think she changes cell covers frequently

Perhaps the keys around her neck are her work keys only.

OT- JMOM how is CM's mom & family holding up. IMO, she seems like an amazing woman. I think I would of been in trouble by now.

Im a firm believer of making sure the last person to see someone is not the one responsible.
but I don't believe its up to the victims parent to question witnesses.
There is a reason im sure of why he has not been arrested.
Are there red flags with him sure. but there are more red flags with others. The ppl she has shakey relationships with.
fights not answering phones not reporting a person missing etc etc. another BF that was jilted for his Best friend.
there are a lot more ppl to look at besides /EA...
when a person goes missing u go weeks a month back and look at everything that was going on in her life.
Her parents need to nag LE for answers IMO

Good point ..since every photo I have seen of CM there are NO keys around her neck ..perhaps that photo was taken at work IDK ~JMO

I think we need a list of what LE said and what Parents have said.
I think we are all confused.

We need to get back on track.

Possibly but one looks like a car key!
And another thing her friends said she wore them around her neck because she looses them.

If EA is innocent of a crime or knowledge of a crime, which he very well might be, then out of basic human compassion and decency for CM's suffering parents, he should speak with them, imo. Yes, he is within his legal rights to retain an attorney and refuse comment. He made his choice.
