It is actually #57 on the 1st blotter report at 2:19am 8-30-14-The morning she vanished.
Then yet another police call the next day
JMO ~ It is all in the reports from PPD

Seems like I would be asking LE if they followed up with those two apartments that had disturbances if they were out and about and/or saw anything. What could it hurt?? Maybe if it wasn't same apartment Christina was at but apartment with people that may KNOW something!!

I think it could be a possibility... Also by looking at her photos she has lost a lot of weight...maybe she was depressed and the fight with the bf was thr last straw.

Yes the weight issue has been a major concern from what I see. 5'4 and 95 lbs .... that is a huge red flag..puts her at a BMI of 16 and a few points. Being under in BMI and over BMI is a health concern. Now if you add other stress factors or substances on top of that the entire overall well being can be compromised very quickly !!!
ALL MY OPINION ..

Checking in to see if there has been any updates from PPD. My heart goes out to the family of this precious girl. All of you guys are doing a great job sleuthing on here, lots of details being brought out. I pray that LE will get answers. I find it very strange (if I have this right?) that the guy she was living with - and fighting with? - did not check on her for a day or two?? I once went to the drugstore and said to my hubby that I'd be back in a few minutes; he woke up from a nap 55 min later and came to look for me; I was browsing around the make-up and books taking my time. He is not in the least possessive, just worried. This was some years ago and I obviously didn't have a cell phone. That's why this case is so scary, people are in touch with each other constantly, esp at her age.

If they were fighting or if cheating was involved, you never know, maybe they were taking a break or something. I don't know, it could go either way. I would just think the family wouldn't want him involved in their lives or anything if they were suspicious of him. JMO.

I don't know, in your 20's, a lot of girls are tiny and eat plenty. Maybe its just genetics. I think she looks healthy.

I remember when Scott Peterson was being supported by Laci's mother, too. She believed in his innocence. There are many instances where the perp was kept as an insider by the family of the victim until they finally figured it out. Sometimes people in the midst of a situation are blinded by their own feelings and cannot step out to see clearly what has been right in front of them the whole time.

Lord yes. I wasn't "tiny" per se, but definitely thin in my early 20s. When I think of all the crap that I used to eat and never gained a pound...wish it were still that way - now I have to watch every darn morsel of food that goes in my mouth.

The thing about the lost key(s) has always bothered me & here's why:
What a perfect ruse to take a young lady's keys while she's distracted at a party.
The culprit can then come off as a "knight in shining armor" & offer her a ride or a place to crash out at his place.
This puts the victim in a vulnerable spot late at night & without many options--except the help from the "knight" to her rescue.

But in reality, she is being set up.

Exactly what ive been thinking!!! *

After her friends said they would walk her out, its still bothersome that he was so eagar to be THE ONE to walk her out. I still have the feeling he snatched her keys at some point in the night knowing she had to leave eventually and he could get the opportunity to walk her to her car, once there, she spends extra time searching for her keys and booom...there's the perfect time to catch her off guard. Christinas friends and family will all agree since CM fears being abducted she always has her keys ready and most likely noticed before she got to the car. *He must have convinced her she locked them in her car and thats why they went to the garage. Maybe he told her, you go look in your car and I will go to my car (parted ways) and if you need a ride...

Good Post !!! and important message as well!!

Does anyone who followed the Skylar Neese case see any similarities here? Lots of talk at the beginning of leaving on her own, friends' identities being withheld (they were minors, so a little different), lots of things about the night she went missing not adding up....

Except Christina's plans were to spend the night with the friend and it wasn't an issue about going home until much later (or at least according to SN and her mom). And she did not "have to leave" at all. It was a result of the texting situation, imo. She decided after changing clothes and settling in to actually spend the night...so wouldn't that be after the bar scene and after the Whataburger visit?

Who said he was "eager to be THE ONE" to walk her out?

And was her car key ever missing? She only texted about her house key. Her father has the car and a key. Key 1 or key 2?

"They walked into the parking garage and, according to him, they split and went in opposite directions," Tilley said. "He said he went to one side of the garage where he was parked and she went to the other side of the garage, where her car was parked. A lot of people have said that is not the case – what he is saying is not correct – but we don't know. We don’t have any evidence to support either way."

The BBM is very interesting. How would "a lot of people" know who went where? Were "a lot" of people in the garage? And who are the "lot" of people?

I think what they are saying is that his story is not correct.

I was that size at her age and very healthy. When you are so lean, it is difficult to put on muscle mass no matter what you eat as you tend to burn it off fast. She is an active person, too.

Please, please, please post the link for this!!!! I know I read it too and am going CRAZY trying to find it! I remember reading that her girlfriends said they'd walk her to ther car and then said EA said he would since he was parked in that garage. I remember it distinctly because I thought it was odd that the girls would volunteer to WALK her all the way to the garage north of Legacy. I thought it was weird since that would take a total of 40 minutes and it would have made more sense for them to say: "We will just drive both of you guys to the garage."

So, does anyone know if the pond across from the marriott at the shops of legacy was ever drained? Or divers? IMO

I hope that when she returns, that a full physical including lab will be done just to make triple sure. The mother stated she has been suffering from headaches/migraines. That is another reason I have a concern.

Okay. But how do "a lot of people" know his story is not correct yet the police officer making the statement doesn't because there is no evidence to support what "a lot of people" are saying? Tilley is quite clear about it when he said, "We do not know. We don't have any evidence to support either way." And he said this after seeing the additional videos as he addressed them:

Tilley said police have obtained additional surveillance videos from the area, but are not releasing them at this time.

"The video has been withheld, as far as from being released, in case this does turn into a criminal investigation," he said.

According to this, "a lot of people" are mistaken about him changing his story etc. Tilley isn't. He came right out and said it.

JMO~
Some people have chronic headaches/migraines and live with trying to minimize them as best they can. Surely by her age if they are chronic, she has gone through much testing to rule out causes.

Oh, LE has Christina's camera. I'm sure I read LE has the camera. JM was the person who discovered the camera at CM's house that HF lived in as well. Don't know why CM's dad became the focal point of the camera conversation (fb, I guess).

Do you have a link?

I will try to find the discussion on WS. In this case, a lot has been allowed into the discussion that can be considered hearsay. Add to that, articles are constantly being updated and changed. I'm going to read some more to try to catch up, and then I'll look.
Although it is easy to get confused, I'm 99 percent sure the camera was discovered at CHRISTINA's home and LE has the camera in their custody. LE never gave the info though - must have been JM.

Hello - never did catch up. Gave my best effort to find the source from where I read the camera had been turned over to LE but had no luck finding it. I didn't check JM's TV appearance interviews though so it is possible she mentioned it. If I think I heard/read it, it is hard to believe someone else did not as well. Therefore, just place the info in a maybe pile.

I ran across info from an unlinked tweet wherein CM's dad made the comment about the camera. The post can be found in thread 7, post 612, posted on Sept. 26th. Therefore, if JM's comment exists, the one about LE having CM's camera, she made it before Sept. 26th.

In thread 9, on Oct. 9th, a poster asks the reason we believed that only one camera was working in the garage when CM disappeared.
In thread 2, post 57 on Sept. 8th, Melex wrote, "No. There is a camera at each exit.
However, the police have stated that only one camera was working:/." No link was provided.

On Sept. 7th, Post 634, Vi posted after participating in a search, that two cameras were not working (she heard from someone but she did add "not confirmed").

On Sept. 6th, Post 460, Vi13 posted ~ she was "wrong about CM's outfit." "It was not a colored, flowy kimono (but she did wear something flowy and bright)." Woe wants to know, say what?
Vi added that now she thinks she wore a grey t-shirt and black shorts.

No wonder we are confused because earlier Vi stated that Christina was "wearing an outfit so distinct as she walked into Henry's."

To add to the confusion, as we all know by now, (post 610 on Sept. 7th) CM also was wearing a peach shirt, multi colored skirt and carried an iPhone5 in a green case. Of course, later the phone description changed too.

Back to the subject of the Canon Rebel Camera.
In thread 7, post 231 on Sept. 25th, the Canon Rebel Camera info is posted.
In thread 8, post 970 on Oct. 6th, the official list showing CM may have had her Canon Rebel Camera with her Friday night (as told to searchers at an earlier date and printed on a flyer.
Noting sources pointing to why the Canon Rebel camera became a hot topic.
It is curious, how or why the camera was listed as a 'be on the lookout for' item if it had been at "home" all along.
Who thought CM had her camera with her and why?

A poster asked about Christina's phone earlier.
Noted is a source, www.click2houston.com, found in post 610 on Sept. 26 (thread 7 iirc) where LE states CM's phone was either dead or turned off.
We are led to believe, her phone was no longer in service almost simultaneous to the time the final text was placed from her phone. Just two or three minutes prior to 4:00 a.m. on August 30, 2014.

Where did it say her friends offered to walk her out? I only saw the EA offered. Just wondering. I really think there would have been some noise if she was attacked by him. I definitely think he knows something, but I'm just not sure that could happen without a lot of noise. Her mom said her voice carries or is loud.
