The police kept EA's car for 11 days, ripped it apart, presumably looked at every fiber and hair in an effort to find any DNA that matches CM's. After sending samples to forensics, there are two possible outcomes:
1. No DNA matched CM's
2. A DNA match was found

If it's #1, wouldn't LE relay that information to CM's family so they could turn their focus elsewhere?

I know the entrance at Parkwood doesn't have a toll when you enter. The next toll booth is right before Alma. That's roughly 7-8 miles from the garage to the first tool booth, depending on where you click on Google maps. It's 40 mph from the garage to 121 I think but we can factor in 3-4 minutes at that time of night/morning. 70 once you get onto 121. Depending on whether he hit a light, 11 minutes to the first toll tag register seems about right to me.

And at 4:00am, probably less. There is one light (Headquarters I think), and at 4:00am, when there is little traffic, you can be on the tollroad in a couple of minutes. The timing of 11 minutes to hit a tollroad camera doesn't seem to jive with 'I got in my car and left'.

Steven Nickerson was with Morris before she went missing and said she seemed a little upset that night, but he didn't know what was wrong. He said she insisted on driving back home to Fort Worth, but he never realized it would be the last time he saw her before she was reported missing.

"She was loved by everyone. She was the nicest person I've ever met, great personality," said Nickerson. "I don't see anyone that could lay a finger on her."

But if it was #2 wouldn't they have arrested him? (that's a question, not a statement)

That is correct. There is no toll right as you get on 121 from Parkwood so there would be no camera. As a local, I agree that the timing would be reasonable.

All my opinion and View point
SN seems to be a person who absolutely knew she was and would be leaving to DRIVE back home to FORT WORTH...
*she would have to go to the garage to make that drive home to Fort Worth*

I think they would need a body or proof of a crime.

I think everyone she was with later in the evening would know that, right? Do we know how many people she was with at that point?

And could someone help me with a link about the tolls? I seem to be missing a news report.

Didn't he hire a lawyer?

I do not know for sure ..can not answer....
HIRE- Sometimes a person does not necessarily have to pay to have an Attorney , it could be a neighbor, friend, referral of family anything like that.

We can't post blogs can we? A very well know deception expert posted on the Morris case. Very interesting if you ask me...

ETA: Sorry if this has been posted already. I have not had time to catch up from yesterday morning.

I'll have to look, but in one of the interviews either EA or the reporter stated they have a toll tag register 11 minutes after he said he left the garage (could be based on the timestamp of the CCTV). As far as the calculations that just based on google maps and those of us that have driven the route from the shops east using 121 as the main thoroughfare.

Absolutely, and just basing that on my umpteen trips from that very location back to Allen. Don't worry...I'm lost in ATL! If it's not downtown or a Peach named street forget it!!! I spent 1 year commuting from Dallas to ATL for an IT job with Suntrust downtown :)

Where can we read the blog you are referring to?

Thanks. I'll go back and look at the CBS11 and NBC5 interviews. Are there any more interviews other than those two?

Yes, and it sounds as if he allowed LE to test his car for evidence. What do you make of that?

I would wonder if he allowed them to do that was pre or post lawyer....

Just found it by googling key words. Very interesting. IMO too it's a little odd there is no remorse for not walking her to her car or seeing that she made it okay. MOO
