If he was home he must have been alone. How can they prove he was home if he was alone?

Hi, I have been following along. You all are great Sleuths! I had a thought that I wanted to add. It was 4 days before anyone noticed, knew etc.. that she was missing. Her mother has stated that it is not that unusual for her, correct? If so, wouldn't it be logical that the person/s involved in her disappearance could also know that as well? To me, this speaks of someone knowing her on an intimate level. ( Close girlfriend, boyfriend , etc.. )

This is just something that has been nagging at me and has really stood out to me through-out the investigation.

So glad you decided to post! Yes, someone would have to have known if Christina disappeared it would be a few days before anyone would notice. I most definitely agree.

It was a holiday weekend. A fight between CM and HF on that very Friday and 3 days before she had to be at work again.

Coincidence? I'm a true believer there is no such thing as coincidences in life.

Thank you for posting!

I think he said the word "my" at least 4 or 5 times.

I lost my job due to the investigation
LE took my car etc.

What else would you expect him to say? For instance if the reporter asked, "How has this affected you?" Should he have said, "I lost the job." Or if asked if LE investigated him specifically, should he have said, "They took the car."
In my opinion it is nitpicking to criticize a person's use of possessive pronouns when being interviewed. Was he supposed to only use indefinite articles?? Then people would be criticizing him for being unspecific.

Welcome, Balor51 - I don't know how to do the fancy expressions, but glad you are here to help. Everyone wants justice for Christina.

Maybe I will be buffaloed on this one but I don't believe EA knows anything more.

Both BF and EA come off as a kind of self-centered in the way many men in their early twenties are, no more or no less, to me and also both seem naturally nervous. Who wouldn't be? Microphones in the face, about a missing woman, will do that, Imo. Especially for these two, the last to see her, and the last person she tried to contact. But I am open to a random predator as well, unless a motive pops up. Cheating, fighting on texts, are kind of weak motives to me, unless they turned physical and out of control, and I don't see a motive for EA at all, but all Jmo and based on next to nothing to go on.

Here ya go dear!!!! The answer..in BBM

http://www.uptowndallasgirl.com/dallas-news/missing-woman-christina-morris-updates-and-how-to-help/
Christina was at Henry’s Tavern before leaving with her friends to one of the girlfriend’s apartments in the Shops. The last that Christina was seen and/or heard from was a text message to her boyfriend Hunter, who’s phone was dead at the time.....
I sat down with Jonnie McElroy, Christina’s mother desperate for answers on Wednesday, September 17. Two whole weeks after her daughter went missing. “I am in mission mode, I am going to find my daughter.” her mother stated. “It’s frustrating as a mother to not be given details about my own child’s whereabouts, we need awareness, we need help.” she goes on to say.
What We Do Know:
......................
-Christina’s boyfriend Hunter is not a suspect and is devastated by the disappearance. He was at home and police and witnesses confirm. Christina’s mother even stated, “Hunter is an emotional wreck right now.”

I don't know that it would be logical, but it is an interesting observation. Thanks.

How would anyone know that her family or girlfriends or job would not be in touch over the weekend, and start calling others when she did not respond? That almost seems impossible. I don't think it was a factor, jmo.

Welcome, Balor51 - I don't know how to do the fancy expressions, but glad you are here to help. Everyone wants justice for Christina.

I didn't know if Balor would want fireworks or not! She's been following the case with us, but she hasn't said anything. I didn't want to scare her off. But I LOVE FIREWORKS!

:fireworks: :fireworks2: :welcome:

P.S.: If you want your own fireworks, just type : fireworks: Be sure to type the colons right next to the words for it to work. Then there is : fireworks2: and : welcome:

Try them out! We all love fireworks.

I don't think Christina kept in real close contact with her family. They weren't even listed as her contact at her work. Her boss had to call a friend of Christina's to ask where Christina was. Seems like at that age BF's and GF's pretty much trump friends and family.

Not necessarily.

2 questions:

1) How do we know it was PPs apartment? I have seen one other girl mention on social media that she was "there that night".

2) How do we know that no lie detectors have been administered.

Here is that answer:
http://www.uptowndallasgirl.com/dallas-news/missing-woman-christina-morris-updates-and-how-to-help/

What We Do Know:
......................
-The people with Christina that night, and her boyfriend who was not, were questioned and cleared as persons of interest.
-None of the people questioned were given lie detector tests despite most offering, including her boyfriend.

"Yes, someone would have to have known if Christina disappeared it would be a few days before anyone would notice."

Not necessarily.

 True, if it was random. But I'm hearing and seeing anything but random. I think the odds are in favor of Christina knowing her >>>>>> I can't think of the right word. Whose going to sit in a parking garage where there are cameras and wait for someone to come out just to snatch them versus Christina might have upset someone?

  • #158
I can totally see why LE is all over EA, esp if he changed his story - I just wish I knew if any of her girlfriends noticed if he was hitting on her, or esp if any other guys tried to talk to her and felt rejected? Somebody may have been watching her and waiting in the garage. Good to hear that her boyfriend was proven to be in Ft. Worth. I don't know how you prove that if his phone was dead, though...I think I'm getting tired.

  • #159
I am not at all sure EA changed his story...this has never been confirmed by LE and could have been misunderstood. If Christina's mom said this, I believe she believes it. I believe this only appeared in a HuffPo article, which can be loose with facts and statements in their crime coverage. But that is my opinion only. I would never use it as a solid source, if not backed up by LE.
