Question for those that think EA has absolutely no knowledge what happened to her ... Is it because you are convinced of his innocence or think someone else is a more likely candidate?

I'm on the fence still, but if he truly has no knowledge at all about what happened... Maybe he is just way too freaked out to say anything to anyone. I know I would be, if I were the last person to see someone before their disappearance. Maybe he's a little socially awkward in some way. (I say this because I can see my son completely shutting down were he to find him self in this position, but totally innocent.) But as far as my son goes, his first instinct would be to tell authorities anything and everything, and hand over anything they asked for. But as far as anyone else outside of immediate family and LE, he wouldn't make a peep. He's always been kind of a loner kid, which he inherited from me. Pretty quiet unless we have picked up a new topic or something to research. Then he will tell you more than you ever wanted to know about any given subject! Lol I embrace my geeky family! :)

Now, I haven't looked into what EA's personality seems to convey, so that entire thing could be way off base for this case.

Really, I'm just tinkering along, trying to come up with something that helps! :)

I'm a mother of 2 sons.
If my son was out one evening with friends and one of them went missing and he was the last one to see her and the police interviewed him 4 times and took his car u can bet the farm I would have a lawyer for my son and would
Would tell my child to listen and do everything he says.
It has nothing to do with not having feelings and wanting to do the right thing it's about the fact u might be in legal
Trouble. We do see innocent ppl accused and then later on we find out they had nothing to do with it.
I DO NOT THINK this kid should be questioned by the family if they consider him a suspect and from everything I have seen I think he is their only suspect.. .

I don't know if he harmed Christina. But I think it's someone else.

If you had a loved one that was badly injured in an accident and a good samaritan sat with them for 20 minutes and your loved one passed...wouldn't you want to talk to the good samaritan and ask questions like, Were they in pain? Did they suffer? What was their demeanor? What was their last words? How would you feel if the good samaritan who was there for the last 20 minutes refused to talk to you. That's how I feel about EA and the 20 minute walk from the apartment to the parking garage. I dont know if he is involved in Christina's disappearance but as a mom, I would want to know my child talked about during that walk. I doubt there was silence as they walked.

Didn't EA say in the recent article that he has spoken to her mum! Maybe he has given them all the info he knows, but because he is the last known person to have seen CM that makes him the holder of everything according to her family. Sometimes when we don't hear the answers we want it's easy to blame that person or feel anger toward them.
I'm not implying he is innocent or guilty but I could see myself reacting like CM's mum just out of pure frustration, desperation and worry.

MOO!!

I am still getting caught up on the thread, so forgive me if this has already been mentioned. People keep bringing up CM'S 15 phone calls to HF and saying he ignored those calls. However, its been stated his phone was off or dead. So we don't know if any of those calls were actually ignored. When a phone is off or dead you don't get any info about missed calls, when you turn your phone back on you would get notification that you had voicemails if any were left but the missed phone calls would not be in your phone log. They got the at least 15 phone calls from CM's records because it was in her father's name. People are blasting HF for ignoring all those calls, but he might not have known about them until her parents released that info. He might have only had those text messages about the keys and when she didn't show he figured she changed her mind and stayed with her friends to cool off. Taking days apart when they were fighting was not unusual for them.

Fighting is one thing but she never came home!
He had to turn on his phone after 4 days. You would think.
You look and see all the calls what do u do?
Turn off the phone again?

Did i?
How so?
Lol maybe I need more.coffee.

do you mean the part where there would be no record of calls because it was off?
I'd bet my last dollar there are at least 10 voice mail messages.

he still should have been concerned when she never came home.

his lack of concern at her not coming home is far worse than EA not walking her to her car.
FAR WORSE.JMO

In a lot of cases where the perp is close to the missing person, the car is moved and left somewhere in order to try to mislead LE into thinking the victim was abducted in a "bad" area or maybe in a crowded parking lot or empty stretch of road. Random perps often leave vehicles alone and just grab the victim. So this leads me to at least keep a random perp in my mind. Spouses, BF's etc often try to do more to try to confuse crime scenes where as randoms don't seem to worry since they have no link to victim. In this case, only Christina was "removed" from the area. A perp would not care about signs of struggle, etc. so the scenario kind of fits.

Jmo and all that.

Is there a link where we learn about BF's phone being dead or turned off?
Also if she had been calling him all evening (times not known) was it off all evening?

Just a reminder...

Law Enforcement has not named anyone a person of interest or suspect, no one is to be discussed in that manner.

IIRC a poster on one of the threads said that HF, originally, said he had lost his phone. Later it was said that his phone had been turned off for days. IMO.

The vast majority of apps like fb, etc data log all of the texts and calls as well as location for advertisement purposes. I would be willing to bet all of the witnesses have had those checked or memo'd by ppd to hold that information in case a warrant is issued to pull it.

Are any of the companies able to recreate the content of the text messages? I think there is only a log.

From what I have read, imessages and sms messages are never "truly" deleted. There is a way to recover messages.

There sure was a lot going on in this woman's life that early morning.

  • #479
Could she have walked out of that garage and not be seen?

  • #480
If....
That last text sent to HF was about lost keys it is possible she got to her car searched for keys and could t Fi d them. Would she walk back to apt? See if she left them there. And maybe met up with someone on the way?
Someone she might not know?
