Not to make light of the situation but if I ate Whataburger at 4sm after a night of drinking, all that would be on my mind would be finding the quickest route home for private time with my own toilet! Fast food at that hour does NOT sit well with me! I'd be lucky to make it home! Lol

Right Cookie, so when questioned you would say exactly that.
Not "I don't remember".

Not saying that makes EA guilty but he needs to remember!

Well I'm not saying he's guilty but I didn't like that he prays to God to get this over with. And he really doesn't say really saw her name much.
I get the feeling that he's either immature or lacks empathy.

Hmmmmm.....

Funny. I feel the complete opposite.
IMO He is being honest and sympathetic.
He says he called JM after CM disappeared. That was never divulged.
He has spoken to LE whenever they requested.

I have no idea how your name was attributed up in my post above.
Anywho, there's a few things that seem hinky to me but they're somewhat subtle.
Of course that doesn't make him guilty.

ATOH, I alerted the mods to the mess with the quotes.
No more quoting til' they're fixed. LOL.

To be honest I have no idea what I would say. I might say "I don't remember what we talked about because I was about to cr*p my pants" but who knows of that would be reported in its entirety. I can't put words into my own mouth in that hypothetical situation any more than I could put words in EA's for what he recalls or even HF's for why he didn't report her missing.

He's still under my radar. And He certainly played the victim.

Well he pretty much has become one, in a different sort of way, if he has done all he says with LE and is actually innocent of knowing or doing anything with regards to Christina. Jmo

I feel for him, if he really had nothing to do with this. He's right though, regardless what he says or what the outcome is, he will always be tied to this investigation.

IMO - EA doesn't remember what they talked about because he wasn't really paying attention. Just getting to his car. I dont ask mild acquaintances who they are texting, either. I respect their privacy.

I think he walked to his car , got in, and didn't give her another thought. Now he realizes what a douche he was, lol, but that's about it.

That's a pretty big IF in my book. I will be one of the first to say My mea culpas if he turns out to be completely innocent.

I agree with this; she was texting and he wasn't flirting with her (seems he is kinda dating one of the other girls), and was somewhat anxious to get to his car. He was only going to get a few hours sleep as it was.

I do think LE vacuumed his car, then went over it again and again, and even finally took the seat belt and mats to be tested. They kept it for 11 days and are obviously being thorough with the car and with him. He went in to talk with them 4 days in a row? He'd really have to trip up at some point, one would think. He may have been willing to help until he got death threats. Unless the family knows something we don't know, I am having a hard time picturing him just all of a sudden, out of the blue with no motive, tazing or slamming her to the ground, putting her in his car, then going the same route home. I think those threats have truly scared him and his family.

I never understood in the beginning why they were having searches in Allen, I mean yeah they grew up there but at first that seemed to be the only connection. Now it makes a whole lot more sense. And I am sure EA was caught on camera 11 minutes later, this fact does nothing to negate the level of his involvement in my opinion. There are numerous ways to render someone unconscious in mere seconds and still be "on time" for the cameras, tinted windows and all. JMO MOO OMO etc etc etc.

Ever since we got the little bit of info about the interpersonal relationships of the group that night I have had a couple of statements swirling through my head:
1: SN comments (paraphrasing here)- she insisted on leaving.... I don't see how anyone could lay a finger on her.

2: HF BF( paraphrasing)- I wish I would have been there, none of this would of happened... I just hope she comes back alive.

Now it just makes me think they have a strong idea what happened. Poor Christina may have walked into a lions den that night. Just MOO

He changed his story multiple times.
