I still feel as though there is something else I am not connecting and someone else also involved. He got in the lot at 3:55 and exited at 3:58. In the warrant they let her dad drive her car and I believe it said something along the lines of nothing suspicious. So, I don't think anything happened there. I really am wondering if she voluntarily left with him and they went somewhere and met with at least one other person.

I get that - I have been a bartender for many years; however, 10 shots is an alarming amount of alcohol (even if it was just Capt Morgan) and can clue us into EA's state of mind that night.

And that's if ALL they were doing was shots of rum. I'm sure he wouldn't divulge if other things were going on. According to the warrant, this was EA's account of what was partaken in at the apartment.

It just came to me why EA would erase his phone. He works for Sprint, so he HAS TO KNOW Sprint still has the log of his calls and texts in their database.

It may have not been his calls. With today's smart phones some of them have GPS just like the Garmin's. What if he was using that? And that would give away where he drove early that morning. Or something else not related to phone calls/texts, but something on the internet? (How to remove DNA evidence on Google?)

Calls. Texts. GPS. Google searches. All of them can be recovered.

Til now, she has not been brought up in any sleuthing that I've seen in a variety of different places. Interesting that she was able to lay low this long, unlike PP.

Apparantly it was more than an accident, since it is reported that he had bite marks! I am thinking he offered to give her a ride to Ft. Worth and once he got her in the car then something happened. Maybe he had a wreck when the altercation was occurring. JMO

Oh yeah, good point! There is so much information here, I'd forgotten about the bite mark. Thanks for the correction!
I am wondering if they did get into something while he was driving too, since he had damage to his fender.
Ugh. We knew it would be bad. And honestly it's only going to get worse as more facts come out, I'm sure.

Maybe recreational, but not unheard of to be his own Rx. One of the party-goers had been arrested for possession of Rx drugs before, so maybe this was common in the group.

In reading the warrant, it seems he gave a bit of his own disposition away. He describes his injuries as ' turning the tires and the wheel fell out of his hand' so he ( did what any of us would do ) got angry and punched his car , injuring himself. So who does that? People with violent tendencies !

so many lies told it's incredible, obvious police are just looking for her body, cause i think there is enough circumstantial evidence.
