IDK, trying to figure out who he stole his own phone back from. How else can you steal your own phone? From who?

It didn't sound like it was HIS phone he stole but A phone from Sprint. I dunno, the tweet is confusing.

Brittany Feagans@jonnimcElroy said Arochi stole phone from Sprint, wiped data before returning it to Wylie store where he worked; awaiting confirmation

I wish the media would have the confirmation, before releasing a story. They did something like this, but bigger on the Heather Elvis case. Even said LE told them it was true. The statement/tweet was never confirmed. In fact a family member replied stating not true at all. this is why I believe pretty much nothing unless it comes from LE.

Why?
What would motivate EA to harm Christina?
There has to be more to this.

Thanks Boss. I wonder who can dig up his priors in Allen?

Apologize if someone already posted, but here's what is online:

The timings of the phone calls is confusing.

I haven't had a chance to check back but from memory CM texted HF from her own phone around the time she left the party, then is seems she used EA's phone to text 3 more times but reverted to using her own phone for the final 3.58 text.

Is that right? Why did she borrow the phone if hers was still working?

When was Christinas last text to HF from her phone? Thought it was around the same time as this?

That's the confusing part. I'm going to guess there wasn't a text from her phone that late, that her battery had already died. The last three texts (or calls) to HF was CM using EA's phone.

They are looking for her body to seal the deal, I am sure of that. They were hoping he would lead them to her..........

But still how are LE sure hes not going to go out tonight or earlier and ruin more families lives

I can't figure it out Mom. Cannot figure out why/what he would have to gain. Again, I don't understand if LE thinks he kidnapped her why is he not in jail?

I have fuzzy memory of this too. If it was the uptowngirl blog quoting Mom, then she said CM texted HF last text at 3:58, but didn't say that it came from her phone. HF could have told Mom that CM texted him (and maybe JM knew from HF it was not from CMs phone) at the time of that article.

That was confusing to type.

Did you guys hear his radio interview from today?

Interesting. I am thinking they were both texting him at about the same time. Hopefully we will get more info on that soon because it really is confusing.

Maybe we need to table that whole phone thing until we get more info. We could go crazy speculating and it might be all wrong just based on the wording of that tweet. Only so many characters you know -- not a lot of room to elaborate on a tweet!
You are probably right, since he worked at Sprint and had 'data' on it to wipe, my mind just took me a company issued phone.

I think the Tweet was incorrectly worded. In the warrant it shows activity from EA's phone to HF's at 3:50, 3:53 and 3:55. They walk into the garage at 3:55. His car leaves at 3:58. My guess is she was using his phone, hers was dead and she had planned to leave with him? Three minutes from walking to garage to car leaving?

Still lots of questions but I'm thinking HF is clear. MOO
"Christina sent a text at 3:36am to her boyfriend who was at home asleep that said “I can’t find the keys to the house.” after no response at 3:58am, 1 minute after the surveillance footage was taken"

That's a good question. Maybe they are wanting to make sure they have really hard evidence. The last thing you want to do in a case like this is go to trial too soon, not have the right evidence to convict, and the person gets off because a jury is unsure. Without a reasonable doubt is what you want, and if there is any, you could have a guilty person going free and you can't try him a again for the same thing if he is found innocent. That's why you need facts, facts, facts!!! I for one am big on hearing it from LE and seeing it in writing. Otherwise it will not hold up in court. LE is doing their job. We just have to be patient and see what they reveal next.

You are on target .... I think this is not the real deal at all. There has to be more to all this.

IMHO ... NO ONE IS CLEAR !!!!
