Might it be strange that the warrant states Christina's car entered the garage immediately after EA's car? could they have arrived together and upset someone?

On the surface it does, but when I look at her other tweets, she has been retweeting all of today's events. I'm thinking she might be simply interested.

Unfortunately, if the motive to harm Christina had to do with messed-up relationships, jealousy, or a violent sexual attack...those are commonplace motives. Horrible as the results can be, they are not unusual or shocking motives, in a sense that we have seen them lead to violence/murder over and over.

Of course, all such violence and possible murders are shocking...but mostly, motives are as as old as society, Imo.

I believe more than one person on here said when it started coming out it was going to be shocking. And I thought it wouldn't be more shocking than any other missing person case. I may have gotten one wrong.

So excited to see some movement in this case. Every walk I go on I am looking looking looking! Which toll do they have him at that night? Funny he tried to tell them he took legacy to 75, knowing no cameras would be that way. Did he not think they would be checking toll records and just take his word?

I'm having difficulty with the cell phone texts. 3 texts (calls?) from EA's phone to HF and all on the Christina's way to the garage. (An earlier news report stated that HF voluntarily brought his phone in to PPD in Sept.) I know I've seen a report that Christina's last text (call?) was at 3:58 from her phone and then her phone went silent.

I also seem to remember something about HF's phone supposedly being turned off that evening and early morning, but I'm sketchy on that one.

Why texts from EA's phone to HF? And so close in time when something happened? If EA was going to do something why do this with his own phone? Or loan his phone to her? And then tell PPD - initially - he didn't walk to the garage with Christina?

It IS so confusing! We need a spreadsheet for the facts.

Perhaps he stole the phone to provide fake evidence in case Christina's phone was found during a search? (Which may point towards them being "close" at some time...) They would find texts/calls from this "random" number and the heat might fall off of him. :thinking:

I noticed in the warrant - it's mentioned they entered the garage that evening at 2322, but yet he says he had the shots of Capt Morgan at 2230. Did he move his car 40min later after the shots? Or did he mess up his time again? :thinking:

Search warrant is from September 29th. Not sure if that would have been the 1st, 2nd or 3rd search.

Newest article says EA has not been named a suspect in the disappearance of CM.
