Open letter to the person who made Christina disappear: Now would be a good time to tell the truth and help the police find her. Here in Texas, we're a big fan of the death penalty. You could pray that if you suddenly became cooperative, they would take the death penalty off the table. I'm not saying it will work (the praying) but you better do something.

If I were going to send texts to my bf from someone's phone (if mine died) it would NOT be from a guy I was hardly friends with. Can you imagine if you got a text from your sig.other and it came from someone of the opposite sex's phone... I would be raging mad and I think my bf would be too. This sounds to me like he texted and or called HF himself. MOO

It sure does, doesn't it. I'm too stunned to even say what I think that means. Now I wonder if CM's family has been playing HF along to keep him unsuspecting.

It's hard to say, because remember that HF and CM were supposedly in some sort of argument and he didn't report her missing AND wasn't concerned that she never showed up after her texting that she was coming home and had no key. So maybe her texting from some random guy's phone wouldn't have even mattered to him.

I'm still not clear on whose phone the texts came from, but I just wanted to make the point that although WE might feel it was weird and be pissed, maybe HF honestly wouldn't have cared.

I want to know what the text to HF said that they are saying EA sent to him. He maybe didn't care, I for one though would be even more mad if I were ignoring my bf during a fight and he sent me a text from another girl's phone. That doesn't sound right to me at all. Even if that was the case, if she actually picked up someone else's phone to continue on with whatever she was saying to him and he didn't think anything was wrong when she didn't walk in the door an hour later.......
not even going to finish that thought. something about that is not right.

How would they know he lied unless HF told them (PPD) as much? IMO Jonni wouldn't have stuck with him (HF) if she thought he had anything to do with this. Following her lead... MOO

1) If SHE used his phone to text HF that means her phone did go dead and maybe she was saying "I'm getting a ride home" or "Forget it, I'm going to hang out somewhere else until I hear from you" or whatever.... just making up dialog here...
2) If HE used his phone to text HF that would mean that he already HAD his number. I thought they never hung out, etc.... So how and why would he have HF's number?? That would put a whole new spin on things.

Knowing about those texts is HUGE, if you ask me.
I'm afraid so much more is going to come out about this whole group of people.

About the texts "after she disappeared"....I would think that HF would have definitely thought something was up if he had received texts from a strange number. I can't imagine him not reporting her missing in that case. Unless it sounded like she was staying away on purpose. I hope those details come out!

It's almost impossible to lie effectively in these types of cases. His conflicting stories must have been obvious from the beginning. Explains why he had an attorney, right?

I believe all of these people had common friends, It wouldn't be that surprising that he would have his number. This is all so sad & devastating to hear.

When did the PPD hear from his employers that he had a limp and bite mark? Thats enough to go after him I would think. Why wait this long?? Also he was a kroger washing unusual parts of his car on Sep 24th. He should have never had that much time!
