I have the same opinion.... this is going to be shocking when all the details and truth gets put out there. I have a strong sense that there will more than a few that know !!JMO~
What might that be? Truly interested in your thoughts!

I'm glad you reiterated what I asked..What might that be? Truly interested in you thoughts!
A gigantic lawsuit, nor would the media cover it unless she had proof in her hands backing her claims..
BBM
Would that be the case for EA, as well? Why would anyone in the media take his word as fact without
Proof to back it up?
I am not familiar with media protocol.
Interesting comments by a person with the initials BA under that picture. Obviously not proof of anything but it does tickle the intuitive antennae.
I think so!! MooMore mom/stepmom speaking on Fox4, 8, 11, and 33 at noon via twitter. I find it interesting that they have been able to organize this communication on all of the local dfw news outlets. Maybe new news again?

Don't you know? Everything put out by media is true!! Ha ha! Haven't you heard the joke: "It must be true, I read it on the Internet!"
**I'm making a joke, btw...
I was going to make my first post here to say the same thing. The media does NOT need proof to run a story.
A friend of our families was attacked over the weekend and the attackers were caught on tape. Afterwards, one of them turned themselves in, for a deal, but lied on TV about what transpired. He had no proof of what he was saying, other than his flapping gums. Why did the reporters air it? Because it makes good tv and because of our friend is and what happened! It is sad that they don't care.
EA says one thing and Jonni says another. That is why the media airs it. It brings ratings. Sad, but true. The media doesn't need their proof and you know they wouldn't show it. No lawsuits will follow.
Then what's JM's motive?? She has waited this long...why start lying now? Her motive is to bring her daughter home...she tells the reporter her info came from Le...I find it hard to believe anyone would in a round a bout way accuse her of otherwise...she seems very matter of fact to me right from the start ...mooI was going to make my first post here to say the same thing. Yup! And so it can be what we've got now: media tours, the battle of the "he said, she said" and the media LOVES it! Look at how many people never normally watch the news who will be tuning in to hear what is said. No one has to back up their story to get on the news. The only people who will know the truth are the people who were with her when this all happened, and they certainly won't be running to the media to spill it.I was going to make my first post here to say the same thing. QUOTE It would be interesting to know what the family's home surveillance shows as far as when he came home that night. QUOTE
My guess would be the home surveillance camera is as clean as EA's phone. MOO

Going out on a limb here, but.......
I Think that the media filmed EA proclaiming his innocence because they knew LE already had him under scrutiny, checking on his story.
I Think the media filmed JM's interview because the information she had came from LE with their approval.
Major mooing here.
That being said, I don't put much stock in MSM in general these days.
I've got my armor on. Have at me.
And maybe....if you're talking about yourself (EA) no proof needed. You can say whatever you want about yourself and no one's going to sue you for that.
If you're talking about someone else (JM), proof is needed because then they would be subject to slander/libel?
I don't know. I'm just guessing.
