Okay just read the correct warrant, they didn't have page 3 on the FB post they listed. So if they listed SB in the warrant as a friend of CM, why aren't they friends on FB? SB is friends with EA and PP but not CM. Didn't Carltondance mention there being a girl at the apartment who may not have gotten along with CM or something along those lines? Or maybe one that was a little more than friends with EA?

And, they are still friends... EA and SB. I find that very odd. With everything that has gone on, if I was so called friends with CM and I heard all that I did about what happen to her with EA being involved, I would have not only defriended him, but blocked him! Also, both girls mentioned on the warrant don't have the CM flier posted as their profile picture, as someone mentioned a few days ago, maybe one of the VI's. Yes, Carlton did mention what you said. I think based on what Carlton said, IMO, more may come of one the girls. jMO.

wow ... so obviously EA is responsible for this and I hope they can find what is needed to arrest and convict him but what about the call/text to the boyfriend on his phone and the way they are mentioned in the warrant? What does that mean? Is there more people involved? Do any of the insiders have any information about this or is it true it was just her using his phone?

I agree. That's not much time to leave the garage and be clocked at the toll plaza. I wonder where he exited the toll road. The warrant does not say this, it just says that he passed the toll plaza at custer going northbound on 121, but doesn't say where he exited.

Well it appears LE had their reasons for keeping quiet and not showing more video, etc...LE doing their thing quietly, and working on their case. Imo it had to mean they had a good suspect or no clue, and I tend to side with LE. I am surprised, not shocked, that EA appears to be the perp. Not only a senseless crime but a very stupid perp, Imo.

The car wash/gas thing does not bother me...my husband inspects his relatively new car with a magnifying glass every time he gets gas, etc and wipes off invisible spots. Mostly, it is the lying to police.

the injuries to his person including a possible bite mark and damage to his car are pretty damning as well.

ya based on the time line we have it would have been hard for this to have been a big fight in the garage .... (not to be gruesome, but) I wondering if he didn't hit her with his car, snatch her up and speed off.

Wow! Finally some action in this case. :happydance: And just as many of us suspected, EA is the link to Christina's disappearance. I'm wondering if any of the other so called friends are involved, as well. JMO.

You guys are way ahead of me and I haven't caught up yet, the the article w/the warrant or the warrant says he has at least 1 prior from 2010 only his name is reversed - EAG instead of EGA.

Yes, I wondered that as well. He was interviewed and apparently was there that night. [modsnip] It sounded as though he was there late since he said she "insisted on" driving back to Ft Worth. Surely she wasn't insisting on driving home early in the evening.

With all this new information coming out I am deeply saddened. No doubt this means that CM is no longer with us. I am focused on mourning the loss of this beautiful, energetic, loving young lady who isn't getting to live the rest of her life. Have a wedding, have children, find her niche in the world, be a productive member of society. I'm not celebrating or happy at all. I'm just terribly sad for the loss of this young lady and for the grief and pain her parents and siblings are going through and will go through for years. IMO.
