I'd like confirmation on the bar fight too. . . If that happened, who were witnesses to the bar fight?

That has been my #1 theory as well. I am having a hard time mixing in the new EA injury information to that though. When I saw bite marks, car damage, squeegee(ing) the trunk or backside of the car, my theory changed. Sometimes I'm gumby though, I'll admit.

Drugs are in the top part of this whole equation !!JMO~

UNLESS he was texting HF something along the lines of "hey just looking out for you, I saw Christina with so and so, or leaving with so and so, or doing xyz..." which would escalate their argument, ensuring that HF wasn't going to contact her for some amount of time???? MOO

Totally. I just thought the texts were probably the ones her Mom addressed reading about not having her house keys and leaving the door open. But it could be wrong.

The day he is charged with stealing the phone, is not likely the day he stole the phone. He could have stolen the phone weeks before, but was just charged for the theft after an investigation on Sept. 26th. Does that make sense?

Yep, I can see a scenario when LE comes to his work to deliver search warrant and ask about his phone (even though it doesn't look like they had a warrant for it). Sprint starts looking into his phone and discover that he's using a stolen one. Probably many other scenarios as well.

Pffff - there is no way I'm believing that happened and we're only NOW hearing about it as part of the timeline of events.

It could be confirmed or denied. There are witnesses to something.

He also writes of the cleaning of his car at the gas station as something he does, cause he has a nice car. But in the same breath almost, writes off the damages from him getting angry and punching said nice car.

Actually forensics, except for toxicology, don't really take two months in most cases any more, even DNA can be days, or less than a week. Certainly not two months to determine if a substance is blood, etc
A lot depends on whether forensics were sent off in the first week or so, or after September 24, but either way...LE should have most stuff back, Imo. Especially when a person might possibly be alive...but jmo.

All of this now explains why EA got his car back w/o the passenger side seat belt and the floor mat. Christina willingly got in his car? Why and to go where? It sounds like if anyone should have been driving it should have been Christina and not EA as we've been told that EA had consumed copious amounts of alcohol and Christina drinks very little due to migraines and related medication. Had the stress btw her and BF cause her to have a migraine? No mention of that anywhere, though.

Sorry I think everyone there was under the influence. Whether or not she got migraines she was having a rough day and I think being out til 4am is a likely sign of drinking and partying. But regardless who should of been driving, aside from uber, hi not having his stuff back to his car and this news breaking today is telling!
