Hi, Happy! Good to see you here! No, how you doing???

I wish I could say I have an idea about what happened this fateful night (morning). It is a parent's worst nightmare. But you know me, I think it was probably the most obvious thing. The last person seen with her, is a starting point. I don't think it was premeditated, just a spur of the moment decision, fueled by alcohol/drugs, and ending up badly. :twocents:

What say you???

IMHO

I say same as you wildebeest! Bad situation and a bad outcome.

And ? It doesn't have any information about the other vehicles seen the CCTV.
The warrant has given us info we did not have for two months...I wouldn't expect it to have everything they know...

Carlton, do you have any comment on the last calls/texts? There seems to be a lot of confusion as to who was communicating. My guess was Christina's phone died on the walk to the parking garage. She asked Enrique to use his phone to contact Hunter to let him know that she didn't have her house keys and to leave the door open. I think she got into Enrique's car willingly for him to drive her home. Something went terribly wrong on that ride home.

Christina's phone didn't die. It appears to me, that she borrowed AE's phone to make 3 quick calls/texts in the space of 5 minutes. The last call she made to HF was from inside the parking garage after they entered.

3:36 Christina sends text to HF saying she can't find keys
3:50 call/text from AE phone (probably from Christina)
3:53 call/text from AE phone
3:55 call/text from AE phone
(3:57 enters the garage)
3:58 she sends another text from her own phone asking HF to keep door unlocked
(3:58 AE's car leaves garage)

She probably got into EA's car and plugged in her phone and sent the last text....

So funny that after they see that thr almaz woman has been found there is more posts on the fb page about searches. IMO an outside group should come in to help.

It may be the expenses involved with bringing in an outside group. I can only imagine the costs involved with that. Moo

If there was a scuffle you think 2 of the security vehicles heard or were sent into the garage after EA's car was spotted leaving? IMO

I am wondering if the main guard or station would have a log of all complaints or dispatch of guards?
I know that a thread or so ago... Lost and Found was mentioned...I am wondering if any item was turned in from the 30th of August and if there is a log kept of such articles??

I had imagined that she would have charged her phone at her friend's place, prior to leaving, as she was taking a fairly long trip at night, as well as making so many calls and would be hoping HF would respond. Her friends should be able to say if she did charge her phone, or possibly no one even noticed.

I didn't think of the possibility of her charging her phone in AE's vehicle, rather than her own. Did she lose her charger (along with her keys). It could be that she just wanted to charge her phone, and he suggested going for a coffee or something, rather than wait in the garage for it to charge. Was this the reason he got her into his vehicle and out of the garage?

I think phones are auto synched with time. I know my phone automatically changes when daylight savings time kicks in.

I'm far west of DFW but I have family in Lucas, which is close to Lake Lavon and IIRC, Lavon lake level is really low. I am unsure if this has changed in the last year, but the last time I was in Lucas, Lavon looked awful, like there were no banks to just dump a body. Sorry.

FWIW and I'm sure not the case here, I was using my son's iphone and was shocked to find it was set 45 minutes fast. He did it, why - playing some game. Didn't even think about it, and as I said, I'm sure not the case here.

The BF stated he had not been able to contact her??
Well I am sure all those attempts must be secured in his call logs correct??
When did he actually start trying to contact her?? Sat? Sun ? Mon? Tues?
because he never reported her missing nor has anyone stated that HF was hysterical looking for her either!!

per the affidavit :
Officer Semrau, of the Plano Police Department,
spoke with Mark Morris (adult male, father of Morris) who reported his daughter had not returned to the
home she shares in Ft. Worth with her boyfriend Hunter Foster and had not reported to work for two days.
Mr. Morris reported he was unable to contact Morris by phone and he contacted her boyfriend, Hunter
Foster, who told him he had not been able to contact her.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, that`s a very interesting point, because can you establish, then, that the boyfriend was back in Ft. Worth, Texas, when she`s talking to him?

MCELROY: I`m not -- I`m not aware of that yet. The police investigators would be the only ones that know that at this time, and they have not divulged that information to us at this time.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: And again, we tried to reach the boyfriend. We`re not saying he`s a suspect, but you know, I have to bring in Mike Brooks, HLN

law enforcement analyst. In a case like this, you always have to start with those who are closest to the person that vanished.
MIKE BROOKS, HLN LAW ENFORCEMENT ANALYST: That`s where you start. I`m sure law enforcement, by now, has hopefully subpoenaed his cell records and have interviewed him.

But it still bothers me that, even though that there was an argument, Jane, that it took that long for him to reach out to anybody. Because that`s where she would come and go, and that`s where she lived. That`s where her belongings where. And she was holding down a job.

LISA BLOOM, LEGAL ANALYST: That is certainly a possibility. We can`t rule anything out at this time.

I have to say I`m a little bit more suspicious of the boyfriend than perhaps you and the mom are. I don`t know him. I understand he`s not a suspect, but his story doesn`t make any sense. You wait four days. Let`s say that you did have a fight. We know that she was a diligent employee.

She always showed up for work. How is she supposedly getting clothes for work? How is she getting her things? He doesn`t think about that on day one, on day two, on day three?

He only reports this after her boss calls and is concerned.

Also, if they had a fight, show me the evidence beyond the phone calls. Phone calls only show that there was a call made. It doesn`t show what was said. Where are the texts? Every person in their early 20s is texting constantly. Show me the texts between these two. So I`d be taking a pretty close look at him.

ETA: Also if those attempts were not from his phone that was dead or off ..then from what communication device were the attempts made??

MCELROY: I didn`t see a problem seeing my daughter perfectly in the camera walking into the garage. There are other cameras in that area in the garage. I really need to understand why I can`t see cars perfectly, a license plate number. I need answers to that.

Absolutely.

Somebody has taken my daughter and I need answers. I need answers of the vehicles that were taken out of that garage. I feel like they would be a big start to this investigation.

Why does it have to be that she borrowed his phone instead of EA used his own phone to call HF?

I'm not sleuthing him. Just going by the affidavit and MSM links.
