This was answered several times over in the last 3 pages.

the info hasn't been released according to JMOM. Are you saying that you have read something differently on the last three pages? Because I have never seen anything confirming either way.

It occurred to me when I read this that I hadn't heard from my son recently. He's 21. So I checked my phone and it was last Thursday!! I was so busy over the weekend and today because I had to work that I didn't think about it. We don't necessarily talk daily but it's unusual for it to go this long...but it happened pretty easily without it seeming weird.

So CM's family probably had a similar situation...especially if they knew she had weekend plans they probably assumed she was busy, and they also probably assumed HF would contact them if anything was weird.

But don't you think some of his friends would have tried to reach him in four days? Would no one be concerned if he did not reply? I know young people are self-centered but it is that extreme? Jmo

quick question... why after so many post does a new thread get started?

Because when the threads get too long they start to get slow to load on some computers and devices.

  • #904
That hasn't been released.

So the takeaway here is: JMOM says it IS known that it was Christina using EA's phone, but cannot reveal HOW that info is known. It's reasonably safe to assume that spending time wondering if it was EA using the phone to contact HF is wasted time.

IMO no. Everyone's busy with their own thing going on. Little surprised her friends she was with didn't check in since she was driving all the way to Fort Worth. Except if she was getting a ride from EA, maybe they didn't feel the need to worry. IDK

Maybe some friends were concerned but not alarmed because they hadn't compare notes with one another.

Now that it's been established she can't tell us I won't bring it up but I don't feel it's wasting my time to consider it.

I'm sorry you feel attacked it sucks. Believe me I feel the same way.

BBM - I'm confused as to your statement about weak link? I assume you mean in general terms and not about this case?

But I know what you mean about viewing all aspects of the case. I think several people who have been on here since the very beginning thought HF was guilty and IMO are having a hard time letting him off. Which I understand. It's human nature.

I appreciate having the VIs and find their information extremely helpful. Hashtag JMOM and Carlton rock

We are all on Christina's side. You say you are feeling attacked, but no one is attacking you. Just because some of us believe EA is guilty does not equate to inferring you are on the wrong side. We have a difference of opinion, that is all.

Oy Vey. I do not personally feel attacked, but someone did state earlier, "Whose side are you on?" I've been viewing WS since Hailey Dunn and never felt the need to register until this case with the, "Guests, please register and give your opinion." I watched the Dylan Redwine case go absolutely crazy with divided opinions and I see this case going the same way. Obviously a lot of posts have been deleted because I don't see any attacking of the verified insiders, unless questioning is considered attacking.

I think it's obvious we all want Christina found (preferably alive) but people have different ways of invesigating/sleuthing a case. I don't believe for a minute anyone who has invested this much time on a case has nefarious reasoning. I will likely watch from afar. I don't wan to get into the back and forth that seems to go along with this case.

ETA, I will have to go back and look but I seem to recall someone (maybe stepmom early on) saying they were in contact witth CM often. I may not speak to my mom every day, but between my dad, siser and brother, someone would know if I hadn't been heard from in 4 days. I'm not saying tthe family is guilty I'm just pointting tha out.

I decided it was a mute point when looking at the times from the SW that the texts were sent to HFs phone from EAs and then reviewing the video again. EA does not appear to have a phone in his hand. Christina does and appears to be texting. It's seconds apart from when they are last seen to the last text sent from EAs phone.

It was obviously in the warrant for the purposes stated. To show another lie from EA. MOO

Yeah, I think his roommate would have gotten in touch with me, but if he had a fight with his roommate and then didn't see him for a few days he might not. I think it's just a crappy set of circumstances that led to no one noticing CM was missing, one of those things that looks suspicious but isn't.

(In reference to: I also missed it. How is it known it was CM versus EA using EA's phone?)
Look under jmom posts. It was answered the best possible at this time. .....Sorry if that sounded off somehow didn't mean it to if it did

As I said above, JMOM said this info hasn't been released.

Yes I know that...she has said that repeatedly and still people ask

Not everyone has been on here from the very beginning, like myself. In this conversation, i believe it was a miscommunication, as it was implied it was "known." She clarified it wasn't released. No harm, no foul.

The video ends at 3:57, and the warrant says the last of the three communications from Arochi's phone to Hunter was at 3:55, so that would be before they are on camera. It was according to the UptownDallasGirl blog that the last text from Christina's phone was the one saying "leave the door unlocked" and that was supposedly sent at 3:58.
I'm getting the feeling that we will just have to wait for a trial to hear the actual story. There are so many things that are 'not quite right' about the whole case and the people involved.

There are not enough facts that have been released. Until we know more, we're just chasing our tails.

If you've followed WS for a while then I would hope you would appreciate having VIs. I find their information to be extremely valuable and choose to give it great weight since they know a heck of a lot more about this case than I assume the rest of us know. I think they look here for ideas about where to find Christina and try to help steer us in the right direction so our posts are helpful and not going in circles discussing already hashed out topics and irrelevant information.

As to the four days that no one can seem to let go of, it's not that long of a time period IMO. Four days fly by like four hours. Not four weeks. Not four months. Throw in Labor Day when everyone's mind is on having a holiday break. I have a very close family, very close extended family and a lot of close friends and I can easily understand why no one knew she was missing. IMO

The video ends at 3:57 yet the warrant says a camera catches his car driving out of the garage at 3:58. So obviously the time stamp is wrong somewhere, and I'll bet it's on the video of them walking. It doesn't appear EA has a phone in his hand. It does appear Christina does and she's holding it like she is texting or just finished a text. Plus we have JMOM who said it was Christina using EA's phone to call and text HF. So common logic tells me IMO it was Christina using EAs phone. MOO IMO FWIW

Since I don't have access to LE records or the actual video showing Arochi's car leaving, I can't say for a fact that his car left at 3:58:01 or 3:58:59. The video ends at 3:57:07 I believe. I didn't think it was too far fetched to think a person could get into their car and drive off in 2 minutes. I'm just going by facts as presented to me by the video and the warrant. That's what I am basing my opinion on.

Do we have any MORE reliable information that CM's last text was from her phone at 3:58 than the UptownDallasGirl blog? That blog post was pretty sloppy. If we do, I think that it's important because CM must have found a quick charge for her phone. She wouldn't have been using EA's phone if hers still had some charge IMO.
On the other hand, if we're relying on the blog, the source doesn't seem valid enough for me to formulate a belief.
