Right? Rain last week was TERRIBLE, the mud on my feet weighed more than I did. I will take cold over rain and mud any day. The thicket is not very forgiving one way or the other though. If it's not one thing it's another!

Seems like the damage was important enough to include in the warrant so LE must believe it's somehow connected to CM (like he had an accident w her) but I do agree that it would be careless to not try to do more to conceal DNA etc if something more happened in there. Then again he doesn't appear the brightest crayon in the box.

They have to include any damages on a car they would be negligent not to.
All Im saying he wasn't worried about being seen.

Id think he would be very nervous!

IMO - is it in possible they started fighting in car, she bit him.... Was able to gèt out of the car and he panicked and hit her with car then panicked trying to figure out what to do? It's hard without knowing what the damage is to the car but IMO I think the damage was from hitting her or from hitting something in trying to hide her body (though I hope that and pray she is out there alive)

It's possible. I think it is also likely a little less of a story. Like he had a car accident. She got hurt. He freaked. Who knows after that..

If he had damage on his car from a month ago though or something, I'm sure LE wouldn't of thought it was as important.

It's not a bad theory, especially if he had consumed as much alcohol or had any drugs on him, he might freak out and not want to involve police, but I just can't get past the bite mark. Luckily the warrant for his car requested access to the vehicle's computer that stores crash data. I'm not sure how much data that holds though.

The damage was on the front right quarter panel I believe. His account was he punched it twice with fist and forearm. Body shop states that damage could not have happened by him punching the car. If he would have hit Christina with the vehicle, I would think he would be not only squeegie'g his trunk but that as well. But like it was said earlier he is not the sharpest crayon in the box. JMO

JMOM I know y'all been searching alot but do y'all have volunteers with horses and or boats that could possibly search the shoreline of the lakes and horses in areas that on foot can't get too?

I'm also wondering if the new information would bring Equusearch back out. Has there been any talk of that?

I'm curious if LE has told Christina's family whether EA took Sam Rayburn Tollway to the Shops at Legacy that night? For one, the cameras on the tollway might be able to tell us if EA's car already had the dent before he met up with the group that night. Second, I think it would be important to know whether he took the same way home as he did there, as most people are creatures of habit and tend to stick to trusted routes. Taking a different route home could indicate that he was headed somewhere other than home.

Without going into too many details, yes we do have access to those type assets

Maybe EA says he has to stop by his house to grab an Adderall so he can stay up and make the drive out to Fort Worth for CM. CM doesn't think anything of it until something bad happens on the ride or at his house. JMO

I think LE probably has EA's car on video when he entered garage, prior to the incident. This will verify if he had damage to his car prior to the incident.

Someone mentioned that maybe he offered to take her to her dad's house in Allen. That's plausible is she truly was stuck without keys. But then, I believe I recall JMOM mentioned that Christina had found her keys. Sorry, I'm no help!! Just thinking as I type....

Well just in my opinion if she grew up in allen and was hanging out in plano but lived in ft worth and was hanging out w someone she trusted enough to walk her to her car p, being w a familiar person and area I don't know that she'd automatically freak out if he went a different way than what she first thought they were going since he's not a stranger and she still knows where she is at first prob. If that's what happened.

Yup bite mark throws me off as well.
