Would a manager have to be there an hour early to open the store? I ask because I have never worked in retail so I am not sure how that stuff works. I do know that Jonni has stated many time he was 2 hours late for work and I believe it was in the interview with the employee.

Could be that the employee got his work times.wrong.
He could have called his boss and said I'll be in at 11?
He was in no rush to get to work. So I think someone may have info wrong.

My bf is a manager and he has to be there an hour before the store actually opens. I guess theres a lot of things to turn on. get ready, paperwork etc in the morning. Just because the store EA worked at opens to the public at 10, I'm pretty sure he has to show up before 10am... JMO

Agree. Someone I was with yesterday used it to get bird poop off the side of the car.

yes, its very helpful tool to get something you don't want off the side of your car. I personally have never seen it been used on something other than windows, but I can see if it if someone really wants or needs to spot clean it in a jiffy. Using it in the trunk, on vinyl or carpet is weird to me. Did EA use it on the side of his car only? or in other parts?

That makes sense. It seems to me like he wasn't cleaning his car and showing bruises/abrasions 'in the open', I don't think that he had a choice. His tardiness may have been shutting down the store and pissing off employees and customers.

Wouldn't that also look extremely suspicious, though. If he's innocent, all of these coincidences really suck for him.

Just like all of Casey Anthony's and Jodi Arias' "unfortunate coincidences (*Sarcasm). If I walk outside and see wet grass, drops on my car, puddles in the street, I don't need to see the actual rain to know it rained.

My Thoughts..... EA didn't appear to be limping as he was walking with CM on the video in garage (which would have been after any fight he claims to have gotten in to) but limped in to work..... So, unless he got hurt cleaning his car.......he just needs to tell us where she is!!! No one is buying his lies anymore! (If ever)

Dang, I bet that is all they get! I was thinking of a very clear picture my boss had shown me when he got a ticket for running a red light.

On the upside, they didn't see me posting while driving. At that pace is argue I wasn't truly driving [emoji12]

O/T This letter is supposed to work, I'm giving it a shot next time I get that type of mail....
To Whom it May Concern,

I received a letter claiming I committed a violation of running a red light in .......... As per the instructions, I am writing to plead ‘not guilty’ to this charge. Although this option is said to result in this matter going to court; it is my suggestion that the charges simply be dropped. This suggestion comes out of respect for tax payers, and my request that their hard earned money not be wasted in such proceedings. As there is no evidence of my involvement with this alleged ‘crime’, as well as the fact that I am not granted my 6th amendment right to face my ‘accuser’ (a camera); I see no way the government could prove my guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I also see find no legal requirement for me to implicate someone else in this process, as it is the government’s responsibility to prove a person’s guilt. It is also my 5th amendment right to remain silent on the matter.

If it is the government’s decision to move forward in this matter, I would request copies of any evidence the prosecution may have of my involvement in the “offense”; as well as, all maintenance records for the camera(s) involved.

I believe employees more than likely would be there before they open the doors and let customers in

Also, IDK if the apartment resident who threw the party has spoken with LE or if the other friends have either. If so, I wouldn't think that LE has to share that. However, if the friends saw what happened to EA after he chose to speak to LE and the media, (the threats and picketing etc) I can see why the friends would be afraid.

Nobody knew who ea was until the last few weeks when the family went public with his info because he has lied from day one.

It strange that you ask that because when Jonni and I are out searching I swear we get bombarded by dragonflies and butterflies. They are always around us when we search. Comforting to me though. So I think of her every time I see them now. Mostly when I am with Jonni

I run trails with my husband and the first time I did a real race and then later while doing my first half marathon, I was surrounded by both and I truly believe they were there to comfort and calm me as well as a sign from God (to me) that everything was going to be okay and I had to have faith and if I got misdirected or off course they were there to guide me. I'm glad to know you are surrounded by them when looking. I consider that a very positive force but Jonni's perseverance alone is so strong it doesn't surprise me they are present because I know she suppressing some emotions because for now finding her baby girl is what matters and the butterflies and dragonflies can be wings when the trenches get deep!!!! Hugs JMOM thanks for being there for Jonni!!

I find it odd that EA would show up to work with apparently a short sleeve shirt, with bruises, bite mark...etc.. you would think he would go home & put on a long sleeve shirt (of course I know he doesn't seem to be that bright!).... just an observation...

I believe he is wearing a long sleeve shirt in the video. I'm curious if he showed up to work in the same shirt. And then, without thinking about it, rolled up the sleeves.

My husband does this ALL THE TIME. While, some may find this odd, I don't.
As he is filling up gas or after, he will grab the (filthy, nasty) squeegy and use it on one or more
Parts of his car. I don't get it. JMO.

Has he ever washed the door handle and edge of door as well as at the bottom of the trunk lid?

Idk, he's been up all it most of the night, looks like ****, obviously on something, vacuuming and cleaning car, yet still it was important for him to go to work (albeit late). I doubt he arranged another manager to cover because he's still going in. Would think only managers have keys.

Usually and extra person has a key as well, called a keyholder

If the store that he is a manager at opens at 10am, even if he had to be there at 10am, he was still late. He was at Kroger on Bethany and Allen Heights at 10:15am squeegie'g his car and wiping down his door, oh and getting gas.

Per Google Maps from Kroger at Bethany to the Sprint store in Wylie is 11.3 miles, 20 minutes drive time. He was still late for work. JMO

If EA is shown washing/cleaning those items how long if any did he take to clean the inside like steering wheel, gear shift manual or automatic , radio/ac controls? Just a thought
