By me, they open at 10am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday. Good point.

Nm...answered my own question.

Maybe the mgr is supposed to get there early...

Hmmm, now you have me wondering. Do any of the insiders know if there was a packed overnight bag found in her car? She didn't appear to be carrying anything substantial on her back in the video? If they didn't find an overnight bag, where did the info about her originally spending the night come from? Like others, I'm not sure how relevant this is, but we don't know that it is irrelevant either because, well, we just don't know a whole lot :/

And there is also the subject of Christina's Canon Rebel Camera. In the beginning, searchers were asked to keep a lookout for her camera (someone advised she may have had it with her).

The empty camera case was found in Christina's car (no link but reported via FB).

Later, much later, either CM's mom or dad, explained the Rebel camera was found "at home".
I believe she meant Christina's home she shared with HF.

So, why was the empty camera case in the car?
Is this the reason why LE believed she may have had the camera with her? (In her hands or backpack)
Remember her car was discovered the day she was reported missing. Empty camera case equals camera somewhere else.
When the camera was found at her home, why wasn't it inside its camera case (which was found empty in her car)?

The subject of the camera led me to wonder if any of the clothes Christina was thought to be wearing earlier in the evening, the distinctive ones, ended up back at her home too.

These are fair questions imo.

Jonni is probably the only one who can answer specific questions such as these. As far as I know, everyone wasn't treated as a suspect from the get go. They were/are of course, but unless warrants are issued, these comparisons would not have been made early on. Jonni spotted Christina's camera. Did JM look around Christina's house for other items she may have had with her when she left that night? The kimono must be a one of a kind piece and be easy to spot unlike a black shirt and jeans or another generic outfit. Which is the reason why I find the kimono an interesting topic.

Good question about the camera. IMO

Maybe the mgr is supposed to get there early...

Someone asked for the store hours. I gave them. Every store and every cell phone company is differnent. Not to mention, every company is different. i worked HR for a competitor of Sprint and we were suppose to have a sup or manager in the store at all times. Supposed to. Did that happen. No, and people got in trouble for that.

I wasn't on here in the beginning, so I apologize for going back to the beginning. I keep seeing people bring up this kimono. I know a poster on here said she saw her that night and that is what she was wearing. Other than her, has anyone else described her clothes or are there any other pictures of her clothes from that night? Prior to video, since she changed?

JMO but I would assume so. It is literally right by his house. It is the closest gas station and one that all of us here in this neighborhood use. I think the next closest would be at allen heights and main but that would be north and not on his way to work.

Just wondering if he came from the direction of his home.

Oh me too now. I wonder if he was wearing same clothes from night before......

Yeah, that could be important.. If he was wearing the same clothes, it might mean he was driving quite a while & didn't have time to change & still was late to work.. He could have driven at least 200-300 miles (roundtrip) from about 4:30-10:00am.. that's a LOT of "search" ground to cover.. JMO

EA consented to LE searching his car. I didn't know that. Interesting.

Maybe he figured he had cleaned it up enough (remember..he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer)...JMO

Kamona lol

I know what you're saying. We just don't have the answer to the mystery of the wardrobe.

I almost did it again - lol! What is a kamona anyway? My brain keeps going there.

le got a search warrant to do a full inspection of his vehicle.

  • #451
Warrant says "...On Thursday, September 4, 2014, Arochi allowed Affiant to conduct a consent search of his 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS". The official search warrant from Sept 26, 2014 is a warrant to search and collect evidence for forensic testing, and to access the car's internal computer. If they had found something during the original search that he consented to, LE could have used it as probable cause to get a warrant then. But, the car interior was cleaned head to toe.

Who said he had on the same clothes?
I'd think he had to wear a Sprint shirt?

I don't think anybody said he had on the same clothes.. some people asked if he did (including myself).. You're probably correct that he had to wear a Sprint shirt...

O/T This letter is supposed to work, I'm giving it a shot next time I get that type of mail....
To Whom it May Concern,

I received a letter claiming I committed a violation of running a red light in .......... As per the instructions, I am writing to plead ‘not guilty’ to this charge. Although this option is said to result in this matter going to court; it is my suggestion that the charges simply be dropped. This suggestion comes out of respect for tax payers, and my request that their hard earned money not be wasted in such proceedings. As there is no evidence of my involvement with this alleged ‘crime’, as well as the fact that I am not granted my 6th amendment right to face my ‘accuser’ (a camera); I see no way the government could prove my guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I also see find no legal requirement for me to implicate someone else in this process, as it is the government’s responsibility to prove a person’s guilt. It is also my 5th amendment right to remain silent on the matter.

If it is the government’s decision to move forward in this matter, I would request copies of any evidence the prosecution may have of my involvement in the “offense”; as well as, all maintenance records for the camera(s) involved.

Sincerely,

Don't bother trying this with a ***leased*** car though. In the fine print, the leasing company states they pay the fine first to the LE jurisdiction & then bill it to you separately.
Basically the red-light camera ticketing systems are fining the vehicle cause they have no way of knowing who was driving the vehicle!
Read your lease agreements, peeps.
Just figured I'd share.

Wouldn't that also look extremely suspicious, though. If he's innocent, all of these coincidences really suck for him.

I'm not a big believer in coincidendences...

I don't find it odd the camera was at home and not in the case. I used to own that camera and upgraded to a much more expensive camera (7d) and I don't always have it in the case. I know since it's expensive I *should* considering my glass lenses cost more than the body, but I use it all the time and I get lazy. I don't want to assume anything, but IMO she just didn't put it back in the case. I am making that opinion based on her Mom or Dad later clearing up that the camera was indeed at home and not with her that night.

I'll look for the link.

Edited to say: "I don't find it odd" is a poor choice of words...it's probably not normal for most people not to take better care of their things. I should have said I can see how the camera and case could get separated and not find it suspicious.

1)EA lying to cops,
2)EA 2hrs late to work,
3)Odd squeegy'in,
4)urgent vacuuming,
5)car damage,
6)arm and hand abrasions,
7)a limp and hurt ribs,
8)data wipe of phone and computer,
9)4 interviews with cops,
10) brother interviewed 3 times.

I think that she initially left with EA voluntarily, 3 minutes sounds to me like they just hopped in car and left. However, I don't think that she is starting over somewhere else, if that's what you mean. I would love it though if you could convince me of that because that sounds like more fun than what I am visualizing.

Urgent vacuuming .... Yes....hmmm

Although he was scheduled to work at 8 a.m. the morning Morris disappeared, Arochi did not arrive to the store until about 11 a.m., according to coworkers, and seemed like he “hadn’t slept in two weeks.”
