hf is the only one that has helped and speaks with christinas mom daily

Amazing. You can bet your 🤬🤬🤬 if someone disappeared hanging out at my house I'd be there every chance I had to help and I wouldn't remove all the flyers or pics I had of us together and pretend it didn't happen. As a mom, it would be hard for me to not go off on said friend.

I wish I could talk about more of that one's actions as well... she has been quite the non helper.

Does Texas have any safe reporting laws? In Vermont we have laws that help people feel more comfortable reporting what they might know by excusing them from prosecution if they too might have been involved in some nefarious activities. Like say a group of friends was partying and doing drugs and someone went missing after leaving the party with another person. Here they would not have to worry about admitting to drug use while sharing what they know about the night's events.

Does Texas have anything similar?

IMO I do not believe the damage on his car would have caused an airbag to deploy

I don't think you can just squash an air bag back in if it does deploy anyway.

IMO there was no depolyment but that doesn't mean the car didn't hit anything, just that it wasn't going fast enough to set the air bag off.

Not that I know of but a prosecutor would cut a deal with somebody in a hurry if they had information pertaining to her disapearence

Well CM's friggen boyfriend did not say nothing for 4 friggen days. This alone leaves me undecided on the who and why.

I know we don't know why HF didn't raise the alarm but both of the verified insiders assure us that the family is sure he wasn't involved and he's helping them so I think we'll have to accept that. I'm sure he wishes he'd done things differently

The potential for drugs at the party would explain why others are reluctant to come forward. But if some of them get a lawyer or lawyers there is the potential to work with the prosecutor. This can possibly come down to the reputation and past actions of a prosecutor, though. Again, why folks hire a lawyer. One would think with a person's life on the line, the two legal sides would come together, but then stranger things have happened.

We get to vent on twitter to that individual as well as others for their lack of compassion

Why yes.... those are interesting tweets for sure!

Nothing there now. What was the gist?

We posted some home video of her on the HFCM page. She is silly, kind hearted, tallented, artistic, and loves her family and Madden her dog! Check out the video, it may also be on Twitter as well.

This is such a great question. I would love to know more about CM from people who know her personally. All I can do is look at a photo. I'm not losing hope. There's always hope.

I'm fairly certain PPD would overlook ones drug use from 2 mos ago to help find CM... And tx isn't lenient w drugs either correct, but I don't think they'd care if it led to CM.

In my opinion this is involving way more than someone's drug use at a gathering two months ago. Eventually someone may come forward, if they haven't already. Until then we will just have to wait and see.

If PP is able to be sleuthed, then let's sleuth like crazy. I would like to know more about Texas' 2nd and 3rd time loser laws regarding deferred adjudication on possession charges. I would like to know if there were texts/calls from EA to PP in the days following the disappearance. [modsnip]

Are we allowed to sleuth her since she has been named in the warrant?

No. SB & PP are not sleuthable at this time according to mod Coldpizza this morning.

Well CM's friggen boyfriend did not say nothing for 4 friggen days. This alone leaves me undecided on the who and why.

I don't want this to seem like I am victim-blaming, because it appears HF is not under serious consideration for involvement by C's family or LE, but I think HF is a young, immature, selfish guy with the mindset of "forget her, I'm mad, so if she's not gonna call me I'm not gonna chase after her." I should say WAS that guy, because I am guessing that this situation has brought him around to a new level of awareness and understanding about what being in a relationship truly means and that it's not all about him.

From things said by the family it doesn't sound like this was the first time C & H had a fight, and it sounds like them ignoring each other while fighting was typical behavior for both of them at times.

I'm not 100% sure of anything in this situation, but I think what seem like guilty "tells" in H's interviews are his guilt about being a *****ty boyfriend rather than guilt because he was involved. Assuming all this is correct, imagine how much guilt he must bear thinking that if he had just responded to CM then maybe all the circumstances would have changed and she might not have ended up in danger.

I hope this post won't get deleted because it's actually meant to be in support of HF but includes some negative opinions about him in order to explain myself.
